Beautiful looking shop. Stopped for an egg and bacon roll. 10 mins which was fine as normal for a fresh one. Sat in car to eat and was cold. Had been reheated incorrectly in microwave. Took it back and said i didnt want another. Shame a country shop cant make things fresh.
This place would be amazing if they didn’t have dee or the owners working there. The way she treats the staff is appalling, and the fact that the owners let her get away with it or laugh when staff come forward about it is even worse. She’s a bully, I’ve seen the way she treats people and the staff
The coffee was truly aweful, I sent it back and received no appology or offer of another coffee, just nothing. My smashed Avo was okay but it was almost impossible to cut through with the knife I was given. My partner's fresh sandwich was dry. A very disapointing experience.
Poorly run business, prices to steep for what actually comes out of the kitchen. Witnessed the owner of the business bully his staff, also have heard the owners fail to pay their employees on time, under pay them or not pay them at all. Disgusting behaviour. Won’t last long in clunes, good luck. Th
Loved the candy pink colours, scones amd coffee were great too!
This cafe is a favourite. Focaccias are delicious and always great coffee. Quirky place with nice areas to sit, including outside. Service is always quick and with a smile. Milkshakes and ice creams are great. Make sure you pay the lolly shop a visit on your way out!
A great replacement for Widow Twankey's that previously operated on that site. It would have been 5 stars if the pies and sausage rolls were warm, but the corn beef sandwich was a good fill-in.
Best place in Clunes for a light lunch and coffee, reasonable prices and great service.
