Great meals at fair prices. Stopped for dinner on our way through and were greeted by friendly staff family friendly atmosphere and quality food.

An absolutely fantastic outback pub. The owners and bar staff are very respectful and appreciative of their customers. It makes working away from home so much more pleasant, when places like the Empire make you feel like home. The steaks are bloody fantastic too.

Doesn't hurt to hire more staff... waited in line for over half an hr to get served to be told to wait to take my order cause I wanted to get a take away order. Meals always take a long time to get every time we go there for work. Think it's time for new management...

Sensational meals, drinks the right price and very friendly staff. Not much more to like. A must visit when in Cobar overnight.
