Went for a quick peri peri hit. Staff wasn’t very welcoming but the food was great as usual with Nandos. This particular location I’m not sure I want to come back to unless necessary. I can see lots of negative reviews so I hope the management lifts the service standards soon.
Beard hair (I hope so anyway..) in my wrap. Workers with long beards with no covering. Definitely not acceptable when food handling, almost vomited when pulling it out of my mouth.
Ordered a delivery order from this place. Gave us just one tender out of four and made it spicy as opposed to the BBQ flavor we ordered. Also didn’t peri salt the chips. Writing this in the vain hope some sort of apology will be made.
Ordered for pickup chicken burger with corn and wings on side with hot sauce, some extra sauce and tissue as well. Get served wrong drinks, no tissue at all, no extra sauce on top of it even no sauce on wings and corn as well. Well done 🙃
Really liked dining in here. Nandos is always a good choice and the place was nice, clean and had everything we wanted. Giving 4 stars cause their QR menu isn't great
Quality is not constant. Chicken was cold and chips were salty. They didn’t even bothered to ask how was it after asking them to reheat and give. Brand doesnot mean you can ignore customers. Best of luck with the attitude.
Nice friendly staff, i like the food here, so i often eat here, but last time my order was given to someone else so i had to wait another 10 minutes.

This is really annoying! I went to this store at 0910pm, and store is already been closed! Staff is inside, like what the H*** it is, if you are closing by 9pm, so atleast fix timing on google or your website which says 10pm, so people don’t waste their time.
