Such a dissapointment. Shisha got burned within 30 mins. When told abt it all they did was blow the head.The place in Melbourne is better than this.
Slightly expensive compared to other few shisha place and shisha is really descent.
I went here with a few friends for a catch up and let me say, it was an amazing night. The staff were polite and helpful, more so than needed, and you could tell the care they put into the place. The shishas were well priced and tasty, and there was a good range of snacks and drinks.
The atmosphere
The fresh head I ordered seemed as though the Apple was rotten or the flavour was off. Spoke to the server straight away and he would not make another one. Been to places like cloud 9(tent) and Bablyon where there were more than happy to change the head over.
Service was pretty bad and were told to leave after 1 hour without previous notice even when place was pretty empty and add to that shisha was expensive...
Nice and chill place to go and have some shisha and some dessert. Can feel a bit sterile at times.
I highly recommended this shisha lounge! I have and continue to receive excellent service from all staff. Shisha is on point the place is immaculate. I am ought to say nothing but positive because there isn’t any negatives.
Every time I come to shisha, Omar is amazing! Great customer service. Always polite and made it out regular place since he is here :) would highly recommend coming here!
