Such a dissapointment. Shisha got burned within 30 mins. When told abt it all they did was blow the head.The place in Melbourne is better than this.

Slightly expensive compared to other few shisha place and shisha is really descent.

I went here with a few friends for a catch up and let me say, it was an amazing night. The staff were polite and helpful, more so than needed, and you could tell the care they put into the place. The shishas were well priced and tasty, and there was a good range of snacks and drinks. The atmosphere of the place is great, with both well lit and dimmer areas, all with comfortable seating. I would recommend that anyone who wants to try Shisha for the first time or wants a nice place to do it come here.

The fresh head I ordered seemed as though the Apple was rotten or the flavour was off. Spoke to the server straight away and he would not make another one. Been to places like cloud 9(tent) and Bablyon where there were more than happy to change the head over.

Service was pretty bad and were told to leave after 1 hour without previous notice even when place was pretty empty and add to that shisha was expensive...

Nice and chill place to go and have some shisha and some dessert. Can feel a bit sterile at times.

I highly recommended this shisha lounge! I have and continue to receive excellent service from all staff. Shisha is on point the place is immaculate. I am ought to say nothing but positive because there isn’t any negatives.

Very rude behaviour from staff while taking order. Ordered Green tea with mint but served plain green tea and did not change the tea when we brought it to their notice. Further the pot of tea was served with a spoon which had prominent coffee stains from the previous use. The sheesha we ordered arrived 45 mins after order. The food ordered came 1 hour 10 mins after order. Add to that we were informed that the two juices we ordered couldn’t be served 60 mins after order as they had run out of the fruits. My first 1 star rating to any place ever for a reason!

Outstanding food and service. Went with a group of 9 girls with various dietary requirements (vegan, gluten- and dairy-free, vegetarian, no shellfish) and they were happily accommodated by our friendly waiter Lachlan who himself is gluten-, dairy- and fructose-intolerant. We got the Moroccan banquet ($45pp) which was excellent and good value for money. I got the pomegranate daiquiri which was delicious if a little sweet. Highly recommended!

Amazing ambience and fantastic Shisha! Service is great, snacks are awesome and atmosphere is like no other. Will definitely come back! Thank you.

Poor customer service, we were 5 people, only one of us wanted to smoke shisha, the rest wanted to order drinks and snacks. Owner said you have to order another shisha as its store policy not to share shisha with more than 3 people , we explained that the rest don't smoke but it fell on deaf ears. Shop was virtually empty on a Sunday evening, owner kicked us out.<br/>We are upset because we have been going on this place for a year now and this is the first time this happened. <br/>We took our business to shisha square on high Street, Preston. Better service and no weird store policies.

Best Shisha in Melbourne. The atmosphere, coffee, food, and of course the Shisha, are second to none. Great staff, always have fantastic recommendations, and the projector and music provide the perfect chilled atmosphere.

Quality. When you go out for a shish its hard to find a nice spot, because you need the right atmosphere, price, quality of the shisha to be spot on...that place is called Arabesque. Love it! Its a must go!
