Giles and I are so overwhelmed by how magical our wedding at the post office hotel was. I would recommend it to anyone (and already have). Our guests can’t stop raving about the food and the attentiveness of staff on the night was incredible. In addition Caitlin and the events team were phenomenal- very communicative throughout the uncertainty of rescheduling due to covid as well as supportive throughout our planning process, nothing was too much trouble. Helps that they are also all round good humans! The venue itself is beautiful- relaxed, industrial and green so if that is your vibe then look no further! We can’t thank the venue and staff enough, it will be a day we treasure forever.

Attended here for a large wedding party of about 80 people. There is no parking on the premises at all and not much except for off street parking. Its a nicely decked out venue with a newish décor. We were in the dining hall which has two entrances at front and rear. There is also a main bar and a bottle shop. It also has a beer micro brewery onsite. We had a 3 course meal with bar service drinks, Food was 10 out of 10, staff very attentive

I apologise for the delay in getting this review in, it's been 3 weeks and I'm still dreaming of how perfect my brothers wedding was. I want to thank each and every one of the staff for a smooth flowing evening. Everyone was super attentive and great attitudes to match such a friendly and fun environment. The food. Omg. The food. Please pass on to kitchen staff that it was thoroughly enjoyed. Was there a special Salt used? Even the table salt was out of this world 😂🤌 also coffee, please let us know what coffee beans you use because that was the smoothest and tastiest coffee we have had in a while. Thank you again for putting together such a great venue. We had a fantastic night, and we have enjoyed many nights in the beer garden too with the same love for the place x

We were lucky enough to have the incredible POH Events team run our wedding, and I’m so grateful to be able to say I’m a bride who actually enjoyed their wedding thoroughly. Everything was done perfectly from the day we chose the venue. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend X

We held our wedding and reception in the dining hall and patio and could not be happier with the experience, food, drinks and most importantly service of the venue staff. The feasting menu and arrival cocktails were outstanding (particularly the pork belly and grain salad with an amazing vinaigrette dressing). Our wedding coordinator Caitlin had great suggestions for us in the lead up and was on top of everything on the day, we couldn’t have asked for more! The venue was also beautiful and didn’t need much to make if shine we’d highly recommend having you’re wedding here if you’ve after s great time in a relaxed setting with amazing food and service!

We had lunch at the Post Office Hotel today and it was fabulous! Two chicken parmas and two beer-battered fish dishes, all cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the beer garden looks great, although we chose to sit in the lounge today. Staff were friendly and obliging. We will definitely be back!

The team at the Post Office Hotel Pub & Dining Hall were absolutely fabulous from start to end. We had our wedding reception in the dining hall and they made sure it was fun, stress free and that everyone was well fed and looked after with great dietary options. "The food was so good" was a comment we got from many of our guests, staff were like helpful ninja's striking at the right moment to make sure me and my partner had drinks, were being fed and those with dietary requirements were checked in with and well fed. Cannot recommend this place highly enough as a reasonable, affordable, quality venue and team. So easy to work with. Thanks!

My husband and I had such a magical day celebrating our wedding with loved ones at the Post Office Hotel. I would recommend this venue to anyone, particularly if you are looking to have a relaxed and intimate wedding. The venue vibe is very much rustic / industrial aesthetic with lots of greenery, as soon as we saw it we were like this is so us. Our guests kept praising the delicious food and the superb drinks they had on the day and gushing about what a great time they had and we can’t agree more. Our day also went relatively smoothly thanks to our amazing wedding co-ordinator Caitlin and her team. They were very supportive throughout the planning process and were super understanding about our need to reschedule our wedding due to Covid. They helped us prepare a timetable of what the day would look like and even co-ordinated with our vendors for on the day setup. You cannot ask for a better team to back you on your wedding day. We can’t thank the venue and the staff enough for helping to create such a special and memorable day for us.
