Very nice place for breakfast, lunch, drink, coffee and cake ... so basically everything. It is located very close to the train station. The music is very pleasant. The service is very friendly. I would give it some thought for some more comfortable chairs :)
Usually come here for coffee when I work in the area which is always amazing. Had breakfast this morning with the wife and the food was pretty dam good. Good portion, relatively quick for how busy it was, tasted good too. Nice casual atmosphere and great staff 👍
Great breakfast cooked to perfection, friendly staff, lovely coffee, and it’s the little attentions to detail that I love like the toast being buttered when it’s served, no messing around doing that so I could jump straight into enjoying the breakfast.

cafe Royal has amazing food and the Coffee is the best in Perth, they have an amazing group of staff lead by the owner Jeri and you will not get better service anywhere in Perth. Tremendous coffee and Breaky Burger and a great place for a cheap beer on the way home. Thank You Jeri and staff amazing
Booked a table for dinner last night only to arrive and find our table had been given away.
A table was eventually found for us next to a large group of extremely drunk, belligerent people who were clearly disturbing all the other diners with their antics.
