Small menu to order from; sushi on the train not very appealing so we ordered fresh. Food was okay. Bland teriyaki bento dish. The lady ruined it though, so many rules - don't touch this, don't do that, need ID with the covid certificate, don't get your own drink etc. No table water provided,

If you order the food and they make a fresh one for you, you get good sushi. But the ones on the train was old and not good. The waitress was very kind and efficient. A bit pricy but fresh quality for the seafood.

Worst service I've experienced in a while and I definitely wouldn't consider myself fussy. Terrible! We went for Saturday night dinner, and were seated at the end of the train by the kitchen, and told if you touch a plate you must eat it, and we weren’t asked if we wanted drinks or anything.
