I tried to contact them privately about this but despite seeing they have read my messages it has been ignored. Just want to express my disappointment over last nights meal. 3 of us came for Mother’s Day spent over $130 only to have our meals sent out half hour apart. We come here to eat together no
Absolutely bad service on WA day. Stood for ages at door to be seated, eventually had to seat ourselves then had to fetch our own menus..
Waitress eventually came up didn't even great us. Just asked if we were ready to order.

It was valentines day. Luckily able to book a table the wait were friendly and efficient however the food took so long to be served. We booked at 7pm was served with our order at 8:15pm. Felt sorry for the wait staff as they were bearing the brunt of hungrily waiting diners. It must have been staff
Looks like a nice place, friendly staff, the wall had a list of what specials are on every day of the week so might have a do there. I got a burger and wings takeaway. Finally a place that give you real spicy chilly with you say chilly. The burger was pretty good too.
Despite being under staffed the food came out promptly and was very good... great value kids meals.. getting drinks was easier to go to var rather than wait till server came to table, but not too inconvenient
Service was very slow, it wasn't busy. The kids meals were OK, although warm/cold but better warm than too hot. Our meal Cowboy Combo was terrible, I'm not sure how, but the crumbed Mushrooms was moist (sorry) with no taste, we got 3 peices of overcooked calamari and onion rings. A rip off for $22 s
Went for dinner tonight. Had the reef and beef The meat was ok and it had a really good side salad. Atmosphere was fantastic. For a rib house I expected a better price of meat but still a great night out.
Feel for the staff. After ordering our meal we watched other diners come in order and at least 2 lots of guests proceeded to get their meals before us, eat and leave. They were obviously under staffed which I know is an issue at a lot of places but we ordered 1 burger and 1 mozzarella sticks and wai
