Do you guys offer a take-away service? If not, you should look into it because if I could get your burgers to go, I'd never eat McDonalds ever again!! I had your Hawaiian burger last night, best freakin burger I've had in years! I didn't really get the peanuts thing. It just looked like you hadn't cleaned up after lunch. But your awesome burger helped me get past it... Take away. Think about it :D

Grandma took the kids for dinner last night, my daughter says they are the best ribs she has ever had (a few oh my god's were thrown in there), when I asked my son on a scale of 1-10 how good was his fancy fish he yelled 20 ;) Grandma swears by the aloha schnitzel and the brownies hands down the best she had ever tasted!!! They loved it :)
Went last night with friends and family (kids included) and it was great.
The vibe was great and the food was awesome and very filling. Our waitress was good quality with good banter and even took the time to interact with kids.
All round great night.
Can’t fault anything. Steak was tender and cooked perfectly. Pork ribs was juicy and saucy. Even my two finished half of the ribs 👍🏼👍🏼 😋
Pretty good table service. Staff were working hard. Good variety of food which came out hot and fresh. Reasonably priced and convenient location.
Love the T-bones! I've had it twice over the last couple of weeks and it's been cooked to perfect mediums both times. A tad expensive as it works out to be about $40 with a drink, but it's a tasty meal that's filling.

Collected our kids from school so just the 4 of us.
We were there 4pm ish service was fantastic.
We were well attended and food came out all in good time.

Daughter had fish which they were very accommodating in using good quality fish in the child serve as my daughter likes decent fish (has fish and chips at most restaurants we go to). if it not good quality it won't be eaten. She loved it here.
I had chicken, sweet potato, salad.
This was good but I do miss the whipped cinnamon butter they used to give you years ago to add to the sweet potato.
Cheese chips with bacon great as usual.
Lovely bottle of wine and milkshakes.
Nice surprise from restaurant when they provided a large ice cream sundae with a sparkler in it for husband.
We had a nice time.
Like the music played here too.
We visited Lone star rib house on a 38 degree hot Saturday arvo. We haven't been here ever before and thought of trying out this place. First impression - great interiors but too common these days ! The staff were friendly and asked us to choose any place we'd like to sit as long as it was not reserved.
We ordered the Lone star Fire chilli starter. We were excited about this dish as it sounded so promising but when it arrived, it tasted just OK. The fire/chilli did not seem adequate or as promised. For lunch, my husband ordered the Ol' Dave original burger while I ordered the beef salad.the burger was delicious and my salad had an amazing dressing, light and fresh. The beef was perfect - medium rare, just how I like it. We enjoyed our mains.
For drinks we had the vodka-lemonade.
Overall experience was good, may come back to try something else.
Fabulous family restaurant . Great friendly service , tasty food and big serves at really reasonable prices . 6 of us went tonight (Saturday 18/02/2017) with a couple of drinks $205 and we were all full. Must book on weekends as the place was full for our 7pm booking .

Visited Lone Star chasing some ribs and beer. Was pleasantly surprised with the ribs, opting for the larger sizing. Lone Star is nothing special, but does offer some solid steaks and burgers. Definitely a venue to head with a few mates if you're craving some meat... just don't set your expectations too high.
The ribs were so soft, fall of the bone. The T-bone juicy, tender and done just the way we ordered. Good service and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
I found this place to be quirky and fun to go to, it's nothing special but there is free peanuts and cheapish beer. I wouldn't order the ribs again, they were tender, but way to much sickly sweet sauce, the hotdog wasn't any good either. The other meals like the steaks that we saw coming out looked really good. The wait staff we attentive. We will come back.
Dinner on Friday night the waitress was efficient and polite.All steaks were cooked to everyone's liking.Caterered for the little one.Good value.

We ordered medium for the steak but we get med well done. This is the only let down for tonight😔😔
Really great meal, ended up getting the rump and rib combo. Meat was cooked as requested. Other diners who were with me ordered prime rib steaks, only to be told that they had run out of prime rib steak and had to chose a different meal. Wait staff were nice. Apart from the little hiccup, was a great dining experience.
I went out for dinner last week with my work friend and I tried salmon cooked medium rare, it was cooked to perfection as requested and well presentable...such an amazing service and my friend loved his lamb ribs.
Portion size was big and we were so full.
I will definitely recommending this to my friends.

I went here for my sister's bday .The place had a pleasant atmosphere and busy,probably what you'd expect from a Friday night. The food was perfect, speedy service which always make for a better evening.. I was really very impressed,will definately be going again...
A good value option. Decent pub style food at a much better price (and ambience) than most pubs. Here, you can have a steak and salad/veg/potato/chips for well under $30. Shared entree, mains and a round of beers all came to around $200 for 4 adults. You definitely wouldn't come here for food with finesse, but well worth a visit.
Food was really good. Good serving sizes and portions. Service wasnt great. Asked for water from 3 different waitresses and it didn't get to us for over 15 mins. The food came out quick though.
Hi my name is Paul Walker (no not the famous one) I own and along with some dedicated people manage the Lone Star Rib House in Cockburn. I'm writing this in attempt to put some perspective on the reviews on this site. Some people are harsh and some are kind and will give you feedback in various ways. It's important feedback, how else do you get better or commend those that put in a great effort each day. Since I have owned the store mid May 2015 we have served over 47,000 people, I know that sounds like a lot, I was amazed too. So putting that in perspective my thoughts are we do a pretty good job. However in saying that it is not for me to say it is for you to judge.
I feel the need to write a review defending this place a bit. I feel like people are very happy to review when something is horrible for them but not so much when something is good or simply just okay.
The food is good for what the place is, good value for money and tasty, the service was actually really nice, a couple of mistakes were made but they were honest mistakes that were fixed really quickly with a smile on their faces and an apology to match the friendliness.
If you are looking for an easy night out and not expecting anything mind blowing then this is a good place to go.
Greeted with a warm welcome. Were relocated swiftly when we asked to be seated somewhere quieter. Our drinks came out super fast and our food followed not long after despite being fairy busy for a Sunday night. Our waiter was pleasant and chatty. Food was very well priced and tasted great. All in all great atmosphere and experience !
Delicious food. Attentive staff. Good music. Felt relaxed. Went there with my husband and two boys. Urban spoon wrote the price to be $$$. It was not that expensive. Price almost the same as what we pay when we eat Chinese or Japanese. The ambiance was better and we did not feel like we are being hurried out. Other costumers lingered over dessert, coffee or beer.
Considering how many people are served each day of the weekend they do a fantastic job for customer service. Such a busy place and great food at a good price.
Had the rib and chicken wing platter and it was excellent. For 30 dollars there was more on that platter than I could eat. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the calamari. I dislike the obnoxious music and the deserts were lacklustre but overall it was a pleasant experience.
I'd say ok.. Rocked up on a weekend arvo. We had a rib eye and a $29 platter. Succulent pork ribs were the highlight, beef ribs so-so. Rib eye was cooked as ordered and a fine size. Table staff and management need a rocket, drink service was slow and we certainly would have had a bigger bill with attentive service. Nearby tables nearby stayed uncleared throughout our 2 hour stay.
It was valentines day. Luckily able to book a table the wait were friendly and efficient however the food took so long to be served. We booked at 7pm was served with our order at 8:15pm. Felt sorry for the wait staff as they were bearing the brunt of hungrily waiting diners. It must have been staff kitchen issues. Good thing me and my partner had same light food late in the afternoon and was not so hungry. The food arrived and was happy with the serving size, quality and taste. We were given a $10 discount for all the trouble.
That incident will not stop.me from coming back. If it weren't so busy and the same thing happened I might have given a lower score but kudos to the qiat staff as they soldiered on.
Looks like a nice place, friendly staff, the wall had a list of what specials are on every day of the week so might have a do there. I got a burger and wings takeaway. Finally a place that give you real spicy chilly with you say chilly. The burger was pretty good too.
Despite being under staffed the food came out promptly and was very good... great value kids meals.. getting drinks was easier to go to var rather than wait till server came to table, but not too inconvenient
