Different but very tasty food....the goat curry was sensational
Fabulous food and wonderful, friendly and informative staff.
Authentic food, Great price, Good vibes, Great service :)
Fabulous and authentic food. Great ambience and smiling service.
Amazing food coupled with amazing service. I wish they were closer to where we live because we'd be regulars!
We shared two dishes between 4 and found to be more than enough. One was chicken and the other fish. Both great with a bit of spice. The mango sorbet is a must have. Service was excellent. Thank you to everyone there for looking after us! We'll definitely come back!
Great location, good atmosphere and wonderful food.
We had the share platter for two and it was great. The dishes were served on the bread. Eat with your fingers or cutlery!
Highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic dining experience. We just stumbled upon this gem and would highly advise! From the Ethiopian beer through to the perfectly spiced Ethiopian dishes, it was perfect. Well priced, delicious and amazing service! What's not to love?
I can honestly say that Coffs Harbour truly has a gem here. Food was absolutely delicious! The hospitality was warm and comforting! And honestly the best goat curry I’ve ever had!
The owner/chef…after having chat with you as well…you’ve created tastes that I will remember for a very long time! Feel proud and know that anyone is lucky to have a taste of your dishes!! Phenomenal and no complaints…might come back to Coffs just for that goat curry 😌
5 Stars - Fantastic: Our last night in AUS. Hit the pub? Nah, friend. Give me some East African magic. A cozy vibe, flowers on beautiful dishes, and amazing flavors make this little place worth your time. Shout out to the hostess who was making it work while being understaffed.

This was an unexpected find in Coffs Harbour. I'm not particularly familiar with North African food, and this was a lovely introduction. The extensive vegetarian choices were interesting, and the share platter was a good way to sample most of them (although I liked the chickpea and the pumpkin ones the best). Decor is simple but attractive and portions very generous. Staff are delightful
First experience with East African / Ethiopian cuisine - lots of subtle flavours in a medley of curries, all lying atop a softly chewy and light bread. The Ethiopian beer was just as subtle, with hardly any aftertaste - plus point! Definitely an experience worth having.
Nice restaurant. Unique food. Good service. Convenient location. Online reservation system actually works.
