My experience was ok, as I only wanted coffee. This is my 3rd morning visit that I've been advised that the kitchen was closed and not opening until 9am. I just watched 8 tables worth if customers leave in search of food. I overhead 2 groups say they won't be back.

Only been for coffee so for that reason can't yet give full rating fairly but coffee is very good (best we've had in Coffs) Also 1 less star as the opening hours are too short especially given they close on Sundays. Absolutely delicious. Fabulous presentation and generous portions! Beware the awesome smoothies are big enough to share but you won't want to. Lovely atmosphere.

My colleagues ordered a dried arrangement, online, to express their sympathy because my father had died. The image shows what I received. I was shocked. This looked nothing like the dried arrangements advertised on Pansabella website. What was delivered to me was a miserable bunch of long dead flowe
