Review Pansabella Cafe - Coffs Harbour

✨ Just delightful! Stepping into this store makes you smile! The atmosphere is welcoming & beautiful to your senses. You will find fresh flower bouquets, dried & silk flowers too. Along with some potted plants. Gifts items & handmade cards & some lovely garden inspired pieces. Once you've taken all that in, you can then relax in amongst it all with a coffee & lunch! There is seating inside, outside on the street but undercover & also in the adjoining walkway to the nearby shops. The staff are really lovely, sharing big smiles & helpful advice.

A beautiful cafe which is also a flower and gift shop. I had the mushroom soup with truffle and garlic croutons. What a delicious soup! Beautifully mushroomy with the truffle oil deepening the flavour. A lovely lunch. Coffee was also very good and it was great that they didn’t ask what size, just made a good strong latte and actually in a glass!

My experience was ok, as I only wanted coffee. This is my 3rd morning visit that I've been advised that the kitchen was closed and not opening until 9am. I just watched 8 tables worth if customers leave in search of food. I overhead 2 groups say they won't be back.

Only been for coffee so for that reason can't yet give full rating fairly but coffee is very good (best we've had in Coffs) Also 1 less star as the opening hours are too short especially given they close on Sundays. We live an hour away so by the time we get down to coffs having young kids etc it can sometimes be after 2pm!

It was my sons 16th birthday yesterday and we decided spontaneously to stop here for an early lunch. My parents were with us which made it extra special. Service was friendly and helpful our waitress was Tania. Food was exceptional have photos to prove it. The Cafe also includes a florist and the flowers added a lovely fresh touch. The only negative are the tables and chairs outside are not stable, risk of collapse for elderly people who need assistance sitting and standing. Still despite this it still deserves a 5 star rating. My son insisted.

Ricotta Pancakes, amazing thick pestacio cream with figs and maple syrup 🤤. Along with apple/mint juice. Fantastic waitress. Great place to chill.

Absolutely delicious. Fabulous presentation and generous portions! Beware the awesome smoothies are big enough to share but you won't want to. Lovely atmosphere.

My colleagues ordered a dried arrangement, online, to express their sympathy because my father had died. The image shows what I received. I was shocked. This looked nothing like the dried arrangements advertised on Pansabella website. What was delivered to me was a miserable bunch of long dead flowers and brown leaves. While I can see that some plants can look very pleasing as a dried arrangement, this one was anything but pleasing and I feel my colleagues were ripped off. As for me, I am beyond understanding why anybody would present this to someone who is grieving. I returned the arrangement to the shop and left my phone number with the sales assistant, but there was no courtesy follow-up call from Pansabella. Very disappointing. Giving one star is too much but I can't post this unless I do.

The best breakfast I've had in along time when your doing a road trip you seem to get inidated with fast food crap it was a breath of fresh air can't wait to go back.

Had a lovely chai and banana muffin, nice atmosphere only issue was i sat at a table outside for about 10 minutes, wasn't sure if they did table service so went in an ordered at the counter. They weren't busy as it was about 10.30, not a biggy and won't stop me from going back.

Beautiful flowers, yummy food, great coffee and lovely staff! One of my favourite spots in Coffs.

Everybody should eat here. The food is fantastic. Deli is wonderful and the flowers are gorgeous. Oh and the staff are just a delight

This was a fantastic sit down and relax, the table service was wonderful and so attentive, the coffees perfect and tasty and the meal was amazing. Completely satisfied with everything there! Thank you for a wonderful stop.

Best French Toast ever!!!! :-D Topped with berries and ice cream... soooo nice! Barely able to finish it :-)
