Review Indian Flavour - Coffs Harbour

The Mango Lassie was the highlight of our dining experience. Food was cooked fresh but just alright. Very little customer service. Two prices shown one for takeaway and then another for dine in. Very confusing on ordering and upon paying the bill. Lucky I was there with good company to make the dining experience a better one.

If I could give a 0/5 stars I would. 1 star is too generous. Order dinner last night, lady on phone was kind. I was told it would be ready in 20minutes. I showed up in 30 as 20 didn’t seem long enough. After I showed up I was asked to wait 5-10 mins longer. Nearly 15 mins later I got my order. Smelled delicious through the bag, before serving myself a bowl I noticed the beef korma and butter chicken tasted identical, both overly salted(inedible), chicken had no texture, the rice was over cooked to the point that it was mushy to eat and had water on the bottom of container slowly coming out of the rice, definitely not light and fluffy. The garlic naan was undercooked and doughy, no taste of garlic and soggy(inedible). The only decent thing was the beef, it was well cooked, shame the sauce ruined it. Unfortunately it gets worse. I ordered a can of no sugar coke. It tasted awful and flat once opened, I checked the use by date and it was 11/02/22. Wasted $52!

" DISSAPOINTING SERVICES " #Please don't waste your money and time.. WE have had worst experience here. Staying coffs for holidays but we don't wanna came back here, We're North Indians and know the exact taste of Palak paneer. I have never eaten curry like this before it's worst..I know my words r very harsh but its true. We wait here for 15mins nobody give us atleast menu,after that we ordered food "Palak Paneer" and 2 cheese Garlic Naan and we got after 25mins..That curry was seriously tasteless, it was like raw even no salt .. Very poor service..

Our favourite place for Indian food these last four years! My partner loves the banana chicken curry, it’s unique & delicious. Cheesy garlic naan is another favourite. Never had issues with delivery times & food is always hot & fresh. Good work guys.

It’s one of the best in Coffs Harbour. We went from Sydney for holiday. And it’s really worth it. Every single dish was tasty. Entrees - pakoda was very tasty specially the mint sauce. 💚 Beef vindalo, butter chicken was worth.

My family in Coffs had a horrible week. I live interstate and wanted to do something tangible to support them so ordered Indian via uber eats. I requested in the instructions for them to help support my family for me by writing a note "Thinking of you in this difficult time". This restaurant went above and beyond! They wrote the note on beautiful paper... Even with lots of love hearts ☺️ On top of this... I stuffed up the delivery address and the poor driver was at the wrong house. But he didn't just leave the food but he called me to check and then for free delivered the food to the correct address on the other side of town. All communication was happy, friendly and possitive. Nothing was a problem. My family said the food was delicious and was the best part of their day. They've msg a few times telling me how great it was. Can't recommend this restaurant enough.

Had a very lovely evening with friends dining in on a Saturday night. Very pleasant atmosphere and tasty food! BYO wine and also licensed. Good value.

Ordered the samosa, Chana masala, Vege Dansak with Rice and Garlic Naan. Chana was spicy and had a lovely zingy flavour. The Dansak was rich, still spicy but much less "zingy". I've been to other indian restaurants where most of their vege/vegan curries taste indistinguishable. Not here, flavours were unique and delicious! Garlic naans were on point as well! Thanks for the great food!
