Review Silvio's Italiano - Coffs Harbour

What customer service is made of! We've been in Coffs for a week now and Silvio's has been the best three course meal, best cocktails and best customer service experience around. Jayme was exceptional from the get go; bubbly, helpful and talkative. Nothing was too much trouble, regularly checked in on us to make sure the meals and drinks were okay and the kids were looked after. Great location, beautiful presentation and food was exceptional. Highly recommended to anyone for just about any event. Congratulations to everyone in the team for an exemplary culinary experience. Bravo!

I love Silvios Italiano restaurant bar and cafe. I quite often have met up with my family here for birthdays and other, we usually stay about 1 hour or more and all have coffee and pizza . Great customer service good food and coffee. Is right at one of the entrances of the park beach plaza is a very convenient location and is at a less crowded part of the plaza , the toilets are not to far from the restaurant, and has great parking facilities. This is a place I do recommend.😊👍

Got take away to use the last of our dine and discover vouchers. The chicken was amazing and would highly recommend here. The pricing is a bit high, although perfect for special occasions.

Poor quality food and v overpriced for what it is. We ordered takeaway, and all I can say is, if you like your Italian food stodgy, and predominately made of greese, this is the place for you. The lack of fresh, clean, flavours was disappointing. The pizza didn’t taste, or have the texture of, wood-fired. We ordered the ‘truffle’ pizza and there wasn’t even an aroma of truffle oil. We ordered both the normal, and gluten-free bases, and both were like eating oily cardboard. And - the cherry on the cake - they charged $9 for four slices of white bread (!), smothered in plastic-tasting cheese(their version of ‘GF cheesy garlic bread’). I hate to say it, but even Woolies sells better gluten-free garlic bread. And cheaper. Photo attached is of their garlic bread. Very disappointed based on how many good reviews this place has online.

Delicious Italian food with a quality service. A large number of times were available for selection. Food was fresh and well prepared.

This was the first time we've ordered food from Silvio's and we were quite happy with our experience. We ordered takeaway. The staff member who served us was very friendly and helpful even though the store was pretty busy. My partner ordered the Chicken Involtini and said it was great and was very impressed. I ordered the Vegan Mushroom Fusilli and was a little disappointed. I found it a bit bland. The garlic bread also had a very strong alcohol/wine flavour that I wasn't a fan of. However, I'm definitely looking forward to trying more of their vegan options at some point and would definitely recommend trying Silvio's if you haven't already 🙂

Silvio’s Italiano is one of our Favourite restaurant in Coffs Harbour. The Food are so good from pizza to pasta, you can’t fault it. All the staff are friendly and they do look after you. Location is excellent as well lots of parking. Prices are reasonable. Must come and try. Highly recommended

Lovely staff! Great service. Great food, great coffee, and good sized portion of food. unfortunately on other occasions I've been disappointed doesn't say on the menu that you cant order sides without a main staff that took my order never said either then get charged for a meal three times the price � there's nothing on the menu that is affordable really IMO I just get coffee there now.

Great place for lunch, although menu somewhat limited. Dinner menu seemed more varied. House made burgers on milk bun very good. Wood fired pizza authentic looking . Friendly staff, clean and airy indoor /outdoor seating. Would recommend.

Have had dinner there twice in the past week and the stuffed olives...amazing. The pork belly was perfect and my husband had the seafood hotpot and really enjoyed it. Couldn't pass up the pannacotta for dessert and hubby had the cheese platter for one and he said it was perfection. It is definitely the place to eat in Coffs.🖒

Waited almost an hour for a bruschetta and pizza - I was baffled to why the prosciutto was cooked and not fresh. The chicken was dry, pizza base below average and crust was burnt. A disappointment.

Went for dinner tonight snd the service was great. Very attentive staff. Food was great, I had the atracini and ravioli. Pprtions were the perfect size. Could do with more craft beers but that is my pteference. Atmosphere was lovely. My husbands pizza was good only complaint was too much blue cheese. Dessert was decadent. Lovely location. Will definitely be back for dinner.

Lovely evening for Valentine's Day and well deserved four stars. Staff attentive. Outdoor table not requested but to be fair they had tried to contact us to confirm. A little worried given the hot day, but a lovely breeze ensured comfort. Cocktails quenchable and well price. Loved our mains although the gluten free pizza could have had a little cooking and a little less cheese. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his Slow Cooked Beef Cheek and my pasta devine. Well portioned with just enough room for the Valentine's Special of Chocolate Fondue board. Will definitely be back to sample other dishes.

This is such a great place to spend an evening. Great food. Friendly staff. Informal and welcoming atmosphere. Love it. AND Gluten free options as good as other food.

Had the burger,very average for a $18 burger.Fantastic views of the carpark & constantly swarmed by flys who liked the food better than I did.Staff were very good,so we will give the benefit of the doubt & come back for a woodfire pizza or something else.😁

Finally made it there.. coffee is to die for, wish i got a bigger cup!! My mozzarella rocket salad was flippin delish.. didnt pizza this time but they looked and smelt amazing! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!! oh and im bringing husband to spend money in the store. . Feast for the eyes and rumbled the belly! Impressed :-)

Had a lovely impromptu lunch with a friend Sunday then coffee Monday evening. Bith timrs great service, attentive staff and a very nice pizza. Great to see somewhere everyone can enjoy, from a drink at the bar to a full meal. So far I'm impressed

We had brunch here this morning (Sunday)- excellent service and food. We had the big breakfast and a vegetarian breakfast, mango smoothies and coffees. Perfecto!

Such an awesome vibe and the most amazing, fresh, delicious food. Super friendly service, always a pleasure to dine here! Best Italian in Coffs. Thanks Paul and all the team- we will be back again and again.

Food was still good but table service now not available as you have to go and order food at counter this change makes the experience less enjoyable if you can't sit relax and order at the table you're sitting at. Change it back to an awesome time.
