Ice cream was honestly pretty average, way to sweet and it was hard to finish. On the up side, there were a lot of choices!! All the people serving where very blunt and unenthusiastic, Bring up your staff game and I will return!

Visited yesterday to buy some icecream with my two daughters. The staff was mopping the floor and was really rude when we walked in don't know why they were mopping so early 5:30 in the afternoon considering they close at 8:00.
The woman mopping went out the back snickering. The boys on the counter were no better the customers skills were quite rude and the attitudes were I don't want to be here!!!
Well after I walked in another 6 customers walked in and the looks on their faces was quite rude.
The icecream was slop and disgusting and next time I will give my money to the icecream van near the warf. Lucky to even get one star.

Love the icecreams but showed up 15 minutes after advertised opening time and was still locked up and completely dark. Went elsewhere.

Iw would give zero stars if i could. Absolutely horrible customer service. Getting an ice cream should be an enjoyable experience but at this cold rock location the employee was MISERABLE. I almost wanted to ask her if everything was ok! Maybe management should encourage some positivity within the business.

Ferrero Rocher ice cream is so delicious, i get it every time. Heaps of ice cream flavours & add on sweets to choose from.

Maybe one of the workers was having a bad day but she was rude on three occasions - she didn't respond when we said hello, sighed loudly when we asked if they could use a clean scoop due to our child's allergies, and I overheard her say, 'How long does it take to choose an ice-cream?' when another customer and their child were deciding on flavours (apparently taking too long - there were two families in the store, including ours). Overpriced for average ice-cream, and an overall negative experience for our family.

Had a great after dinner ice cream with the family from Cold Rock, they made it just the way I asked, adding a bit of this and that. It was delicious, friendly staff, will definitely come back again.
