Absolutely hopeless!!
They cannot get an order right, they cannot serve a soft serve any quicker than they serve a big mac meal. The place is always filthy and the drive thru is regularly 20 minutes PLUS wait. I would recommend waiting out the extra ten minutes to get to south coffs McDonald's.
The staff obviously don't want to be there, I honestly think they need to call on Gordon Ramsay because it is absolutely a hole of a restaurant

Management need to stop cutting costs on staffing... barely any staff on for service, bathrooms were dirty and rubbish everywhere with bins needing to be emptied. People were frustrated with the service but this is a management issue. McDonald's upper management seemed to turn away from the customer experience in order to maximize profits.

Once again got my order wrong. Purchased hot cakes, which I received but no syrup supplied or butter. As well as no fork etc to eat them with. Suppose to be fast food took 15mins to get order. Store wasn't that busy either 8am in the morning.

I don’t know what happened.
I just felt really angry when I open it.
Food safety is the basic and most important thing to the restaurant.
If the restaurant can't do that it will be closed down sooner or later.

Crowded, dirty and inadequate facilities
Tables and floors dirty. Furniture old and shabby. Health department need to attend. Safe Work also needs to attend.

The most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever encountered. A bunch of tables were free but all filthy, floor was littered with rubbish, split drinks and mud, no hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers, no paper in self serve machines to print a docket, no staff in sight to help and the bathrooms were horrific. Sanitary bins overflowing to the point that used tampons were visible. Just so gross in general and the food equally as bad. Quite obvious that none of the staff care at all and were too busy chatting to their loser friends who were coming in and blowing bubbles around the restaurant… an accident waiting to happen when some poor human slips over into the filth.

Driving through Coffs I ordered on my app at and went through the drive thru. The order was missing a couple of items. I ran them up and could not get a refund over the phone. By this time I was 15min down the road. I had to turn around to go back and get a refund. The manage on shift name was Bailey and was quiet rude. He had my refund in a snap lock bag ready so he didn't have to deal with it. Whilst waiting to speak to him another lady in front of me was also complaining about items left out of her order.
He never gave me his name and walked away. Other staff had to tell me his name.

My order took just under 20 minutes during which time I overheard one of the few others in the store hadn't received their fries so I checked my order when it came out and found my fries had been missed too. I only had 3 items in my order! Whilst waiting I asked one of the menulog delivery guys if they were normally slow, he said they were and that the lady order he'd picked up had been 20 minutes late. Apparently they'd also run out of sliced tomatoes so instead my Classic Angus - which I paid over $9 for on its own - had two whole cherry tomatoes! Oh, and no mayo...
