Review Mcdonald's - Coffs Harbour

Good maccas. Nice and clean. Great kids play area . Plenty of parking. Drive through.

Love it! Nice convenient food strip with good parking, fuel and Maccas. This store is freshly renovated and is one of the more modern. Typical Coffs Harbor locals as staff make a huge difference, Coffs people are chilled and friendly.

Absolutely filthy. Two table being used but Not one clean table amongst the others. Had to ask to be cleaned. Can’t say they were busy as only 8 customers in store . Toilet doors in woman’s toilets don’t close or lock properly. Would prefer to give NO star,

Hot chocolates where absolutely terrible our 7 year old wouldn’t even drink her one it was that bad extremely frustrating after driving for 3 hours and we were all looking forward to a hot drink, one Sip and they all ended up in the bin what a waste of money. The barista was more focused on her colleague who had just finished her shift & her iPhone, and it was a decent wait when the place wasn’t overly busy 2 people! Both the male & disabled toilets had no toilet paper & where utterly filthy at 7pm. What a waste of our time & money bitterly disappointed!!

Just walked into this Maccas at 4:30am, all self service machines were out of order. Stood at front counter for few minutes (several staff noticing us walk in, however not one spoke to us to try and take our order). Then went out and got in car and went through drive through - where we again waited - finally after a few minutes we were greeted by a very glum staff member and had our order taken! This was the worst service I have experienced from any Macdonalds store in my life!!!! Whatever happened to customer service - i is clearly dead in this store Will never visit here again, will go a little further up the road next time and go to Hungry Jacks - remember bad news travels fast!

Fries were way undercooked, limp, cold in the middle and oily. Apple pie was lukewarm. It was 9.45pm on. Monday - I guess I expected better. Weren’t they surprised when I went back round the drive-thru to exchange for the edible versions! Hopefully better outcome when busy and staff not able to stand around having a giggle.

This Mcdonald’s was absolutely horrid. The grooming standards were appalling and the customer service was below average. As for the cleanliness it was absolutely disgusting. I ordered an apple pie and was nothing but disappointed. Seriously what on earth did I just eat. I give this Mcdonald’s a solid 0.5 if i could give 0 stars I would.

Best mighty meal ever.. carefully layered ingredients, perfectly cooked hashy, good coffee, good professional with a dash of cheerful service.. made replenishing energy a much needed low stress task. Thanks

Tonight I had to knaw on my fillet-o-fish like it was a badly over cooked steak, every single portion of chips was only just above room temp, it's winter.. happy meals had no sauces included, thought you also forgot the extra bacon rash we ordered, but upon searching it was located on a different burger altogether, all this is to our utter shock as you were busy at the time so we took the risk thinking surely, surely our food would be fresh. It was not on any of the meals we ordered, totalling $50.25. I'm just up in sawtell road right on the highway so I'm literally just up the road from you, I used to call this kind of disgrace in verbally, I get told the same "oh we have some new guys on tonight in training" let me replace/refund. I have a house full of kids, I just wanted to eat my food while they eat there's. and before I forget, super heating the crap out of a dried out old bun so that it is fluffy and burns your fingers and wrapping it around a fillet of fish that is cold and hard does not magically make it all even out temp wise, your just burning my fingers and then trying to give me food poisoning.

The music was unbearably loud that i had to yell my order at the person serving. Theres no way you could have sat to eat a meal.

So I paid $40 for 2 people to have dinner. This was 2 large meals, nuggets and a cheeseburger. We went through drive thru, live litetally 2 minutes from the store, and our food tasted like it had been cooked hours ago. The chicken patties were like biscuits, everything was cold. Rang the store, advised them that this happens almost every time I go there. The young guy was apologetic, but said he needed a more senior manager to contact me as my order was too large for him approve replacement. It's been about 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. Won't ever be coming back.

Please remind your staff that the customer is the customer. There is a reason I order no cheese and to receive my meal with cheese and having to return it to the counter and to hear that staff member say "apparently this lady ordered no cheese" and to witness the "cook" raise his eyebrows was upsetting. Yes, the burger was replaced but by then my chips were cold and my husband had finished his meal and I was too upset to eat my burger. Please don't offer me a free meal.

By far the best maccas. Table service and rubbish taken from table. Coffee and food fresh and delicious. Service was amazing

For the 5th time in a row the have stuufed up my order. They are constantly for getting sauces even when you order extra and even meal chips. Unfortunately with larger group orders you don't realize until it's to late.

The staff are super friendly, the food is always great �

The only consistent thing about this McDonald's is that, your order will be incorrect and you will be parked if you go through drive through.

Most pathetic example of customer service ever.. no longer a customer just a number..

Just stopped for breakfast on our way to Fraser Island. We realised when we left that we had forgotten $2 coins for the showers � I asked your team member Slade if he could change a $50 for some $2 coins, he happily did so. I appreciate how he was willing to help even though many businesses had said no to us on the way, also being the start of the holidays. Breaky way great too!

Staff just standing around waited for 15mins or so before they start doing my coffee what a service aye

I'd just like to say I will never be eating here again !! Really haven't enjoyed the food poisoning from the chips I ate last night !!
