What a fabulous little winery! Their wine is superb and the food ridiculously tasty, I loved the pickled eggplant that had a little kick. The owners Jenny and Tony were very friendly. I highly recommend this as a place to stop and visit on the famous "Golden Mile"
Went with a group of friends, we were told that the pizza's were excellent - and we were not disappointed, food was just great - don't go past the Cheese melt..... it was Devine! The pizza's were made with fresh ingredients and full of flavour, we enjoyed one of their lovely 2014 Cab Sav/Franc with our meals and just loved the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Jenny and Tony are fabulous hosts who have a passion for their cellar and the food they make and serve - loved it - we wish you all the best with your endeavour and looking forward to seeing how your wines develop. The lounge is great to sit and have a coffee after that meal.... it was so comfy didn't want to leave it .... All the best for the future.
We try a lot of pizza but this is the best pizza base we ever had! The staff was fantastic! Definitely recommend try it! In love
If i could give 10 stars, i would! They catered for our group of 20 without hesitation and without error. So accomodating with prams, kids and food intolerances. As a local we have tried many local wineries, many local restaurants and without doubt this would be the best in the area based on everything. Their value for money, quality of food, food options, wines (oh my their cabernet blend and rose! Wow!) Their customer service, ease of splitting the bill, location, view, warmth of the venue.
All around great venue, great people. Cannot thank them enough for a great sunday afternoon.
THANK YOU!
Loved our lunch at Many Hands Winery yesterday. We shared a vegetarian wood fired pizza and a yummy calzone filled with pork, they were both delicious. I wanted to try the minestrone soup but knew I couldnt have everything. We also enjoyed the wine tasting and chose a nice Chardonnay to have with lunch. Brenton did a great job of informing us about each wine and Tony and Jenny were very friendly and attentive.
Thank you Many Hands for filling our bellies with the yummiest woodfire pizza I've had in who knows how long! Great location, really nice wine, awesome food, and wonderful, warm and friendly people running it - we'll be back!
Best pizza I've ever had in my life!! Amazing service and great wine, highly recommend it to everyone - will definitely come back!
Popped in for my birthday yesterday and they definitely didn't disappoint. Beautiful food, wine and views. Extremely accommodating to young children and dietary needs too which is refreshing! Thanks for a great afternoon we will be back
Amazing food, great wine and wonderful staff! Highly recommend!
Loved our first visit to Many Hands Winery yesterday, Jenny & Tony were so warm & welcoming. We felt as if we were visiting special family not just a restaurant & winery. The food was fresh & delicious & the restaurant has a beautiful view over the vines & beautiful Yarra Valley
Went for a drive into the Yarra on New Years Day, could not find anywhere , that wasn't already full and everything else was closed, stumbled upon this great winery, Great food and very friendly service, ended up a fabulous day
Stopped in today on our way through. Pizza's were amazing, great options and very accomodating for kids. Wine was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Wood fired pizza are delicious, cheese melt is beyond delicious .... Very friendly atmosphere, wine was great (especially the Shiraz)....
Jenny and Tony could not have done any more to help make our Christmas party perfect. The pizzas were great and plentiful and all staff seemed to be personally catered for with special requests filled throughout the night.
The venue was perfect with indoor and outdoor spaces and every seat offered beautiful views of the Yarra Valley. Highly recommend Many Hands, we are already planning to return in Term 1 2018, no presents required.
Amazing food and scenery. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
Nice boutique winery. Friendly service and cosy atmosphere. Great little outdoor area in Summer too.
Wandered in on a cold Yarra Valley wintery day and ordered the buxton trout pizza and glass of pinot noir...... in heaven. Staff are friendly and informed and the warmth from the oven and atmosphere is comforting. Recommended
We loved our lunch here today. We shared a herb pizza for entree, which was really lovely and flavoursome. Our mains were equally as good. I had the special of clam and mussel linguine, hubby had a spicy pork sausage pizza and master 10 had a Nutella pizza. Even our shared side salad was yum. I tried two wines-the rose and the 2013 Chardonnay. We will definitely be back to try more yummy food and wines. Our waitress Molly was friendly and knowledgeable. The owners Jenny and hubby (sorry I cannot recall his name) set the bar high as owners and hosts. Well done guys! 5/5
Really enjoyed sitting on the couch with a perfect view over the vineyards on a windy Sunday. We shared a Margarita Pizza which was perfect. Chewy mozzarella & a lovely light tomato sauce. Thin well cooked base. Perfect! We also had some olives & the marinated anchovies which were lovely but really needed bread on the side as they just came plain. Perhaps the thought was that we should put them on the pizza? (which we did).
Wine was ok, bit oaky for us but we were prewarned so that was our fault. The sample of the 2013 Chardonnay was delish & I will order that next time. Overall we had a lovely arvo and were very pleased with ourselves for avoiding the huge tourist trap down the road. Much nicer for a small family looking to relax 😊
A few friends had recommended this Vineyard/Bistro so decided to check it out on the weekend. I was impressed! It's located about half way between Coldstream and Healesville just off Maroondah Hwy. Upon entering I was immediately met by friendly faces and fantastic food aromas. The atmosphere in the very tidy, open dining room was great with brilliant views of the Vineyard. The service was very friendly. I had an Italian Sausage pizza and it was delicious. Very different from other pizzas I have had around town with what I would describe as authentic Southern Italian flavours. I'm not a wine drinker so got stuck into a few local craft beers which was a nice touch. My lunch partner partook in some wine tasting, hosted by a very passionate and friendly host who told us all about the history of the family owned vineyard. I am told that all of the wines were excellent. The dining experience was very different to other establishments in the area in that it felt genuinely welcoming from a staff that are clearly very passionate about what they do. The prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend checking out this restaurant to anyone. I will certainly be returning in the near future!!
This place is phenomenal!! Their wines were fantastic and the man who did our tasting was so friendly! I’m not a Chardonnay person but their I think 2015 was incredible and buttery! We also really loved our pizza and the view and setting is just beautiful. Wood fired oven and the chef throwing the pizza dough up into the air is a highlight! The cheese melt we had was also delicious but the cheese was too hard to dip the dough into but still great!
Delicious wood fired pizza, friendly service. Several vintages of the Chardonnay and Cab Franc on tasting. Nice way to spend the afternoon...
Best Pizza in Australia!! from a fellow Italian this is definitley the best pizza i have ever had in my life! Authentic Italian woodfire pizza, very friendly staff and owners. Great for familys, couples and travellers. Highly recommend this place to everyone!! It is a hidden gem in the Yarra Valley, will definitley come back. Beautiful scenery and AMAZING wine (Cab Sav) at reasonable prices - love this place!
Lovely views from outdoor balcony to enjoy a long, leisurely Sunday Lunch. Two courses for $55 & Many Hands Wines well priced. The Ricotta Gnocchi with blue cheese & pumpkin puree was amazing! Though the Cheese Platter notes serve for 1, it was generous portions & shared easily between 2. Definitely try the Whitebait too! Nice to support the smaller award winning wineries. Thank for a lovely experience. 🍷🍷
We left booking lunch at winery too close to the date, so somehow ended up here that isnt fully booked, and they dont have set menu which is what I prefer for just casual lunch. The place is pretty with big glass windows where you can see rows of vines. Inside is nice enough but still casual, not very formal. They have the pizza oven inside which is a nice sight. Staff are very friendly and easy going. Tried their antipasti platter that says for 2-4 people but to be honest it was more for 2 people, really. I like their cheese and pickled cabbage in the platter. Then tried 3 different pizzas: margherita, capriciosa, and Italian sausage. They are quite small size, but dough was quite filling and fluffy. I like the Italian sausage one most because it has plenty of cheese on it. Not the best pizza I have had but generally pretty good. Overall very good meal and paid less than $35 per person. Will come back for another casual lunch
This is the best winery I’ve been to. It beats all the other bigger wineries by a mile. The staff our exceptionally friendly and provide the best service you can ask for. Would recommend to anyone for the value for money food and great staff. Go here if you want a great day/afternoon!
After an exhausting activity, we were hungry for anything! I thought the pizza was fairly decent though the crust is a little on the thicker end. A member of our group had a base that was quite a bit more burnt than the rest of us so she didn't finish it completely. It definitely feels on the heavier side due to the amount of dough as well. We came in just for the pizza as a quick meal, but the general vibe or expectation is to have a main, a drink, and a dessert. Customer service was fine but there was a bit of a wait to pay for the meal (not sure if it's just the one person who can put it through?) Good check in process for covid, though. We were also a walk in and they were able to sit us quickly.
These girls & the world. Family-Friendly Adventures

Very friendly staff who catered for the kids too.
Lovely outdoor space with space for kids to run around.
Delicious food and great wine.
We had a great lunch: the 2018 Cab is 👌🏼, the wood-fired pizzas and the tiramisu were delicious and good salad and coffees too!
But the highlight was the staff: everybody was really nice, but shout out to our waiter (they were the one with the newsboy cap, I forgot to ask them their name). They were caring, fun and made us feel very welcomed.
We’ll be back!
Amazing service, amazing atmosphere, amazing food and amazing wine. The staff are super friendly and were awesome in their wine tasting options they provided on the day. I will definitely be making this a regular place to wine and dine in when possible. Thank you again. 😁
Had a delicious lunch - I could eat the linguine everyday and my partner had gnocchi, which was also great. Lovely wines, great service (thanks Luke!) Looking forward to our next visit.
