Review Nokkaew Thai - Collaroy Beach

Visited on my birthday for dinner, with my partner and his family. Lovely little Thai restaurant in Collaroy. Big, generous portions. Friendly service. Being Thai, I did enjoy the food, which is unusual, as some Thai restaurants' food is not the 'traditional Thai' version. Thumbs up from me for Nokkaew Thai.

There food was delicious 😋 As soon as food is served, Husband and I ate in an instant. We ate curry, soup, wok fried crispy belly fork, spicy fried rice, golden toast! That was nice! I will go again next time.🍲 (Golden toast was a little oily. But also delicious )

Great food from this authentic Thai restaurant. Fast, efficient service - takeaway was ready in 20min on a Saturday evening. Friendly, family owned restaurant; this is real Thai food from a generous, local Thai family.

Nokkaew Thai is fantastic. We ordered takeaway last night and the food was tasty, authentic and delicious. The Fish curry, Pad Thai and Larb Gai was amazing. The best Thai on the Northern Beaches by a long way. Thank you ladies see you very soon regards Myles and Wally

Yummy real street thai food and very friendly staffs

DO NOT COME! Try somewhere else unless you wanna be waiting 1hour+……. We ordered the meal at 7:10pm, and the waitress said we can collect the meal after half-an-hour, but we haven’t had our meal until 8:10pm. We really don’t understand how could a restaurant take 1 hour+ to serve their order! Btw, the food here is way overpriced and you pay your Money for zero costumer service!

Love this place! Great food and superb service. The owners are so kind and always go out of their way to take care of you when there. The food is delicious, fresh, and there is always plenty of it. We order take-out all the time and dine-in at least once per month. Highly recommend!!

It has been over 2 years since returning to this restaurant and I recall we all had a great feed. This time much different, the Tom Yoong soup was lacking both in flavour and ingredients, no lemon grass, skimpy prawns (3) and very average. The Red curry beef was no better, the vegetables consisted mainly of carrots and soggy Broccoli and the sauce was without flavour. Sorry guys but not impressed considering those 2 dishes plus small rice for takeout was $40 !
