It was a unique and pleasant meal. Interesting style. Good flavours and group oriented. It was nice to eat with my hands and get a bit messy. You don’t have to eat with your hands, they provide knives and forks. It was a personal choice for our group to embrace the African style of eating. Overall

Got the feast for two and it was heaps of food. Enjoyable experience getting to try a mix of flavours. Would have preferred injera on the side to prevent it getting soggy from having the dishes on top.

So delicious as always. This place is amazing, great value and wonderful service. First time back in two years and just as good as we remembered.

One of the best meals I’ve had! Shared a meat and veg platter for 2 with my mum and there was tons of food. All delicious. Definitely will be back next time!

The woman who runs this place remembers us from the very first time we went years ago and although we don't get over that way too often she's delightful. We asked if she sold take home because it's the most satisfying vegetarian option I've ever had and she said not really because she only serves it

Five star for the all delicious and slowly made food on the platter, if you are a food adventurous and after exciting flavours this is going to be the right place for you. Highly recommendable

The shiro is the best you'll ever get outside Ethiopia, and the owner is amazing. It's also one of the few places in Melbourne where you can get really good goat curry, and proper Ethiopian coffee. It's a fantastic experience, and cheap enough to come regularly if you live close by.
