They have the worst reception staff I have ever come across. Upon multiple attempts to understand and pay my outstanding balance for a surgery, I was given a different answer everytime. At one point I was ensured that the accounts team would contact me in order to explain the charge but that never happened. Ome year of going back and forth with the clinic amd my insurer, I got nowhere in understanding howuch was still outstanding. My case was later handed over to a debt collector for nonpayment of services. I still fail to understand as to why the clinic management adopted such approach while I was still enquiring about the charges and willing to pay in the first place.

Been going here for over a year now and Dr Chan is very lovely and caring. You don't feel rushed she takes her time to explain things and answer any questions you have. Receptionist could be a little more friendly, you always feel like you're imposing on their work and arw very rude and short at times. The 5 stars is for Dr Chan 👍

Brilliant. Made a same day appointment with a very helpful reception. Received a thorough and informative consultation. The bonus was lively conversation with Dr Chan.

I've been taking my grandpa to this clinic for the past year. We've never once seen the doctor at the appointment time we had. The waiting time is always at least 30 minutes. Today we spent an hour in the waiting room.

Awful reception who never sends results to you because they typed your address wrong, but extremely impatient when asked.

Rude reception staff. Humiliating clients at reception desk un necessary
