Review Pizza Hut Collingwood - Collingwood

We just reached few minutes before the lunch and ordered what we were after. We were told to wait for 20 minutes max and glad that our order was ready within the time frame. There are few parking slots outside of the shop so you will be lucky if you get one when you reach. I loved my garlic bread 🥖 and Pizza was good too. Thanks to the guy who was working by himself only and served us on time.

First of all terrible service to whoever was in charge on Wednesday, 01 June. I ordered some pizzas at about 10 30pm and time goes by and my order was never picked up, I get a call from this lady telling me that pizza hut closed the door on her and refused to talk to me on the phone, And they continued saying that they already gave the pizza to some other delivery guy a few minutes ago (I'm guessing that they were just lying because they just wanted to go home). Never should a uber driver get treated like that getting the door shut on her without any explanation. What a shame since this was the first time I was ordering from pizza hut, I will never order from this place ever again.

Worst Pizza Hut. My pizza arrived 1 hour and 30mins later. That pizza is not fresh, chips were soggy and lost my appetite just looking at it. I was unable to contact the store they were on voicemail all the time and the Pizza Hut number is automated which directs you to the store. It’s a constant loop of stupidity. I can’t reach to anyone who I can voice my complaints! This is such a very poor customer service. I’m waiting for the day that Pizza Hut as a brand will become obsolete and goes to the ground.

The pizzas were good but I never got the invoice I absolutely need. I've been promised it for over a week now, disgraceful

Have picked up a small order twice lately. Both times it was ready when promised, nice pizza, great value and friendly service. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Good pizza to be delivered at home in 45 minutes. A bit more toppings will be great as some parts were a bit empty.

I payed for 3 menu from here and only received two. I called up the store several times. Twice they did not speak and stayed silent and the third time they hung up on me. Terrible customer service, do not buy from here.

Rude delivery man. Hang up on customer. Pizzas taste like dough, very little ingredients and they are not fresh. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else.

Collingwood has a bad reputation of poisoning me and my friends with dodgy Pizza’s. We thought we’d try Pizza Hut, thinking that it being a franchise and all we would be safe.
We were wrong.

Comfortably the worst pizzas I've ever had. The decade-out-of-date web ordering system should have been a warning, but I fought through it and ordered anyway. Second error appears to have been ordering in the morning for an evening pickup - I suspect they made it in the afternoon down-time and just let it sit in the warmer until I picked it up. Both pizzas (Hawaiian Chook and Pepperoni) were soft, lukewarm, and disgusting. #neveragain #justawful

Cheaps out on the cheese. Pizza Hut is running a deal where they sell two regular-sized pizzas for $10 -- but only on Tuesdays. I have a fondness for the Hut from my wayward, all-you-can-eat pizza-crazed days as a youth in the U.S. Even though it's a chain, I love their thick crust (which is the same here as it is in those other States.) So I've been getting a pair of pizzas and putting most of them in a plastic box in my fridge. I heat a couple slices in my toaster oven when I want a snack. It's not health food, but it's better than eating a packet of potato chips.

I popped into this one after I did some shopping for Asian groceries on Victoria Street in Richvietnamond. The crusts on my pepperoni and Italiano pizzas were up to Hut standards. But this branch is stingy on the cheese. I hardly saw any on either 'za. There were more onions than mozzarella on the Italiano. Even with a corporate franchise, the final product you get depends on the whims of whoever's doing the hands-on prep. Maybe I got a tight-arse pizzaiolo, but more likely that this Hut-let is just cheap. The one on Clarendon in South Melbourne did mine up with lots more mozz. I'll go there in the future.
