A little history about ten ten kitchen.
They have this secret menu. Its the crispy chicken. Its super good. Probably the best chicken rice i ever eaten in perth. Its tender and crispy. The sauce is so so good. They dont write it in their menu. You must ask for it. If im not mistaken its only available in ten ten house karawara.
They bought the recipe from one restaurant called "luncheon forum" in myaree. Google "luncheon forum" and click image. Youll see the crispy chicken that ten ten kitchen selling now. They already closed years ago. I was in perth from 2006-2010. I miss the crispy chicken. I ate the chicken like 2-3x every week. Coz its so good!

A type of you take mum and dad. Decent food, clean and air-conditioned environment.
I ordered the beef brisket noodle and mum had the dry wonton noodle soup. Wasn’t their best dishes, I still stand by Ten Ten’s Hofun with Egg Sauce is the best in Perth but heck I thought I’d try something different this time!
The beef brisket wasn’t tender enough but still tasted good to pass the test to finish the meal. Would prefer a bit more sauce, coming from Malaysia myself.
The dry wonton noodle had great taste in the noodles but the char siu lacked in tenderness.
Overall was just over passable experience this time around. Will be back again in near future to one of Perth’s better known places to have Malaysian hawker cuisine.
Cheap, fast and friendly. A little better compared to the other branch in Vic park. Had the laksa and beef brisket noodle (dry). Both were tasty and generous in portion. Would come back for their lunch specials
Always a good feed. Food is quick, servings are generous and reasonably priced. It can be a bit of a barn especially when it's full of small children but you don't go there to chill out. The chicken and dried fish fried rice is brilliant. As are the wontons.
Not bad. A everyday food for curtin student. Very nice interior set up and kind waiting person. Been here a few time and food is always good. No complain
Hasn't been here for about 3 years. The taste was consistent.. Still taste the same like 3 years a go. Love their Ten ten fried rice and ten ten crispy chicken. The sizling mongolian beef was amazing too. Will definitely come back soon!
Best Laksa in Perth.. Go there for the Curry Laksa not the pleasant service.

Delicious Food. A colleague brought me here a few years back and I had my first ever Hainan Chicken rice. It was delicious. Sadly, I never ever went back there until 2 months when I decided to try the Hainan Chicken rice again and also thought I would try the Nasi Goreng KL. The chicken rice was as delicious as I remembered it to be. The Nasi Goreng KL has loads of flavour however it really pretty much just tasted like a really good Chinese fried rice spiced up with curry powder. Not really to my taste.
A few weeks ago I went back for the chicken rice and also tried the Nasi Lemak which is my favourite KL dish. Both dishes were super tasty! They were delicious.
I highly recommend Ten Ten House. Staff are friendly and attentive. They kindly allowed me to make a very late phone order at lunch time, close to closing. I arrived just after closing and staff had started eating their own lunch meal, however they still kindly assisted me with my purchase. I guess that was a true test of what customer service is really about.
I will certainly be going back.
One of the reasons why I like Ten Ten House is because they have decently priced food and their menu's have a lot of variety. While some of the food there is so-so I found a few things that I would reccomend. Overall I don't mind it but if I was living closer to Willetton I'd go to Bamboo Singapore Restaurant which serves similar food at a better quality.
Love the hainan chicken rice here, often come for lunch. Boyfriend's beef rendang was authentic and yummy, however noticed some other customers had brought on bubbletea from chatime and were drinking it no problems. The restaurant has a no outside drinks and food policy and last time I brought on a cup of bubbletea from chatime (wasn't even open) the waitress immediately told me to leave it in my handbag and not leave it on the table.
Had dinner here the other night ( back again :) ) promptly seated efficient and pleasant staff my colleague had a complaint about the food but it was sorted out immediately. Love it always aim to please
Pleasantly surprised.. We have avoided Ten Ten for a while based on the Urban Spoon reviews, but my partner finally talked me into it when she didn't want another bowl of Ramen from the Japanese next door. There weren't many people in the restaurant so we got served straight away - ordered Nasi Goreng, a seafood claypot some tea and some prawn crackers, all of which were on the table with us within 5 minutes maximum of making the order. Both dishes were good without being spectacular, the Nasi Goreng was nice and spicy and the seafood claypot had half a dozen prawns in it and lots of nice firm broccoli.
It was nothing special but it doesn't advertise itself as a flash restaurant and what we got was completely adequate. Based on this first experience we'll be returning.
Average food, average prices and very average service. I didn't expect more than this so I like it!
Waitress very friendly, quick and fast service as well. Food came out in reasonable time. We ordered fried kwetiauw and chicken mushroom rice. The fried kwetiauw taste bland not nice at all, will never order again. However the chicken mushroom rice really tasty. So will perhaps order it again next time. Still plenty and various menus we haven't tried. So I guess we give this place a chance again, come back and try something different.
Good for last minute dining. A good little eatery for that Sunday night when you don't want to cook, or any weeknight when you don't want a late one.
Service is fast, the food is good and the prices are reasonable. It's never empty, and the turnover ensures everything is fresh.
Chef's special dishes are a relaible choice: the SIngapore Pepper Beef is usually in my order, along with one of the noodle dishes. Only disappointment to date is the Assam FIsh- something missing.
Extensive menu with something to please most palates.
Fantastic Fried Ice Cream. Went here for dinner tonight, ordered the following which happily filled up 4 people's stomach:
- fried duck with plum sauce (nicely cooked and dipping into plum sauce is a must)
- runner beans with sambal (crisp beans with tasty sambal)
- japanese tofu (yummy tofu)
- pan fried tooth fish (good tasting fish)
Ordered the fried ice cream and was pleasantly surprised at the large serving (guess it was reasonable for the $6 price tag) - also, the outer layer was fried just right such that it was slightly crusty outer (not overdone like in some places) and less crusty inner followed by delicious and generous serving of vanilla ice cream. Can definitely share between 2-3 people. I'ld go back just for the fried ice cream!!!
Very very tasty meals with friendly service!! Order for shanghai chicken, salted chili squid, sizzling japanese tofu, satay combination, lemon chicken and sambal runner bean. They're the best of the house. Nice interior and DEFINITELY will come back again and again!

Average asian food, a bit pricey. But edible.
Tasty. We went here last night after waiting 45 mins just to get a menu in a thai up the road, we had no booking and seated us straight away. Im a vegan and wanted a dish that wasnt on the menu, the waitress was really firendly and asked the chef if he could make it for me, which he did. Food came really fast and was steaming hot and a big portion, the food is nice for the price you pay, like everything if you want a 5* meal go to a 5* restraunt!! Would defo go back here for a casual lunch or dinner.
I love Ten Ten. The staff from Ten Ten were really nice and I loved the hainan chicken rice, its a shame they don't serve it at night. If I could I would eat there 365 or 366 if its a leap year I would eat there everyday! I dont think I will ever get sick of it........ !!!!!!!!!!! the prices are really affordable aswell. great job Ten Ten and keep up the good work! :D

Best hainan chicken rice I've had in ages!
Great food, but expect to wait. We went to Ten Ten House for dinner, my husband ordered the Crab and Sweet Corn soup, and said it was really fresh and lovelly. We waited about 10mins until his main came... Hokken Mei... which was the best i have tasted in perth, my main arrived just before my husband finished his main, about 20mins later. I ordered the Salted Chilli Chicken.. it was very frustrating that it took so long but MY GOD it was worth the wait, so tasty. The staffed seemed to wonder around alot, and the kitchen seems pretty busy.. Take a book, or iphone to past the time..
Definitely Coming Back. The food here is just delicious & very authentic of Chinese Malay Cuisine. Within a few weeks of opening, it has become soooo popular...so make sure to book ahead for a table.
Tried the beef Kway Teow, Hainanese chicken rice or even Crispy Chicken Rice and Laksa too all were great. The Beef Rendang with Nasi Briyani was a stand out. My only complaint (and its not major) is that their service is quite disorganised which I quite understand they had just started.

Service please?. I've eaten at the Ten Ten House multiple times now, both for dinner and lunch and I don't return for the service, that's for sure.
I quite liked the interior of the restaurant, it's new with a modern oriental feel. The food is of a good quality especially for the price you pay.
I enjoyed my lunch time dining experience more than the evening service. I recommend the Hainan Chicken as a lunch time special. It seems to be a quite popular dish and I personally enjoyed the flavours and tenderness of the chicken.
During the evening service it took longer than we anticipated to receive our meals. Some of the staff were friendly but lacked organisation. Do NOT expect your dishes to come at the same time and if you order a beverage you may have to remind them of it, or else it may not come.
If your looking for good food at a good price and can laugh off bad service then this place is for you. :)
Ten Ten Kitchen in Vic Park was one of the chinese restaurants we used to visit, but stopped after a while because of their non-existent customer service. We had our plates thrown at us, and very unhappy looking waitstaff and boss, so we had boycotted them for several years now. Recently, with the renos going on at Karawara and the injection of many eateries, we chanced upon Ten Ten Kitchen.. looks like they've branched out! It had been "trendified", with good lighting an modern decor.. very inviting indeed! So we decided to give it a go, to see if visiting them was worth a shot. the sign that greeted us So we sat down, and had a look at the menu. All the dishes we averagely priced (around the $15-$20 mark), and there was quite a bit to choose from as well, I saw the Sambal Fried
Pretty good food for the price, and the menu is huge. Had a pleasant experince was quite clean, and had a good layout. Better than what I expected so that’s a bonus. Much better than the other Chinese restaurants surrounding it, but not the cheapest.
I really like the TenTen fried rice and get it all the time. It's fairly cheap. Service is mostly good. They now offer free water as well. Surcharge for credit or orders under $30 is a bummer for me.
