Proper artisan bread and it's always fresh, I am very partial to their "tiger rolls". Their pastries and pies are delicious (I frequent regularly and haven't had a bad one yet). I rate the "banh mi" as the best in Perth.
Great sausage rolls with flaky pastry and generous portion. Too lovely
we got a pie, banh mi thit and some sweet pastries and took it to the nearby park to eat. not a bad alternative to a cafe if you want to save some $, get a bit of a walk or fresh air, and have some variety

I love this place. The pies and lamingtons are excellent. The bread is very good. It is my go-to bakery for bread. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Go in the morning to make sure they haven't sold out of what you are looking for.
Very good beef and mushroom pie and chicken pie. The doughnuts were good but slightly stale.
Phenomenal banh mi! Fresh bread, spot on with the quality youd find in Hanoi.
