Proper artisan bread and it's always fresh, I am very partial to their "tiger rolls". Their pastries and pies are delicious (I frequent regularly and haven't had a bad one yet).
I rate the "banh mi" as the best in Perth.

we got a pie, banh mi thit and some sweet pastries and took it to the nearby park to eat. not a bad alternative to a cafe if you want to save some $, get a bit of a walk or fresh air, and have some variety

Without doubt one of the worst bakery experiences I've come across. Cream is regularly off and poorly mixed, bread is irregular in its quality, employees lack basic customer service and regard, owner displays a total disdain for the laws she's breaking. I love this place. The pies and lamingtons are excellent. The bread is very good. It is my go-to bakery for bread. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Go in the morning to make sure they haven't sold out of what you are looking for.
Very good beef and mushroom pie and chicken pie. The doughnuts were good but slightly stale.
