Lovely place to have brunch coffee is amazing too!
The food was delicious fresh made presto is so good!!
Staff are attentive and pricing is reasonable.
I have only had the cassata from PaRi and it was the best cassata I have ever eaten outside of Italy. It made me want to book a trip to Sicily ASAP. I can’t wait to return and try more of the menu and the other pastries! #cassata #italiansweets #italianpastries #sicily

Thanks for the dessert!
Ordered pitaschio and coffee ice-cream
Awesome creamy ice-cream. The corresponding flavours were portrayed perfectly in the ice-cream format. Large servings and super polite service. Not quite Messina level but 90 percent there as one of the bites felt a tad icy
This place is always buzzing with laughter and happy faces, it’s obvious though.
True Italian desserts, cakes, gelato and everything sweet is found here. The servers are very delightful.
I visit here for the love of gelato and lazy brunch. Visit them and thank me later xx
I found a little piece of Italy on the busy streets of Concord! It feels so authentic & everything looked so tempting. I had avocado on toast which was refreshing, light & very lemony which I like. The baked eggs were substantial & I liked the hint of fennel and also the potatoes in the dish. Then there are the sweets... I had such a hard time choosing! I shared a fresh brioche filled generously with Nutelly which was so yum! Then there is the sugar dusted "donut" like bun filled with thick creamy vanilly cream which was double yum! The little eclairs were also lovely with coffee as was the vanilla slice which was vert light with crispy pastry on the top and bottom. I had to try the ricotta cheesecake and enjoyed it which had choc chips through it and a thicker base/pastry around compared with Papa's. I preferred the pear ricotta cake which was lighter, sweet & different. I cannot wait to return to try more goodies and the granita!
If you love an Italian vibe and setting, come to PARI Pasticceria.
It’s a cute little cafe with lots of Italians coming and going. It’s so nice hearing them all chat in Italian. And, of course, the staff all speak fluent English too.
The staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. They also are dressed to look the part. This adds to the traditional vibe of the cafe.
The coffee was as expected. But the standout was the ricotta slice, which was more like a cheesecake. The base crust was was a perfect combination of being buttery but also firm. The ricotta filling was smooth and creamy with little bits of chocolate scattered through it.
I also tried the almond granita. Yum.
There are a few tables inside but plenty of tables outside which would be ideal for summer.
Finally found a place that does good granita con brioche!! And an added bonus of authentic tavola calda. Has become a regular for me and best of all it’s around the corner. Next time you find yourself in the neighborhood stop in and u will not be disappointed. YUM
Bianca: We had been following Pari Pasticceria’s development for a few months once we saw the Oliver Brown sign come down late last year. Any new opening on Concord’s main strip Majors Bay Road (or Majors for those in the know) is met with some fanfare, the locals can be both your champions and harshest critics. Concord’s demographic is fairly mixed but there is still a strong vibrant Italian community. And if they’re anything like my family, they like their sweets…
Enjoyed these sweets as part of an afternoon tea out. A lovely gift to share.
Cannoli, well the chocolate one I tasted was delicious. Nice crisp shell and tasty cream.
The fruit tart was yum too.
Nice addition to concord road.
PaRi Pasticceria, named after owners Paolo and Rita, opened just after the new year. For some time now, they have wanted to share with Sydney some of the sweets they grew up with in their home town in Sicily in Italy’s south. A pretty little spot with parquetry floors and marble tables on the Concord strip, the shelves at PaRi are laden with glistening deliciousness and service comes with a smile and authentic Italian accents.
PaRi Pasticceria has flung open its doors on Major Bay Road, unveiling a glistening display of homemade Italian granitas, shiny brioche and delectable Italian desserts and pastries. It's a stunning showcase of Sicilian delights which locals have embraced with enthusiasm, so much so that they'd sold out of coffee granita within days of opening. And it's not just sweets, with savoury food including breakfast also on offer.

After trying a biscotti from this cafe I needed to make a visit ASAP. 2 days in a row I have visited. The Granita transports you back to Italy its fantastic. The biscotti are exactly like nonna's if not better (don't tell her I said that) and the pistachio & ragu arancini are beautiful. Will keep returning to try the other offerings on the menu.
Lovely exotic patisseries and good coffees and hot drinks, great location, super friendly staff. They were so happy they were singing and even quite good singers! An extra star for the singing. I would have given 5 stars if they had brewed chai latte, but the owner tells me they are working on that. We'll be back.
Came here for breakfast. Had a cappuccino and Sicilian brioche with vanilla ricotta and apricot jam - it was absolutely heavenly. Coffee is also very good. Can't wait to try more things on the menu, particularly the granita, which I saw people eating even though it is late Autumn... must be too good :)
Wonderful cafe due to attentive staff, amazing pastries, gelato, coffee and a wide selection of teas to choose from. We had these fruit tarts with different fillings - the shell was amazing and the filling was not too sweet. Best I've ever had. Definitely new favourite place and recommend to all.
