Outstanding burgers at great prices! Their Cheese 2000 had perfectly grilled beef which just melted in your mouth while their Nashville styled hot and heavy chicken burger was crunchy, juicy and flavoursome. The place is more of a takeaway style place, but with friendly service and great prices, this one is a hit!
The burgers are juicy and fresh, the fries are hot and salty! We always travel here when we are craving a big fat juicy burger. Beef and chicken both amazing.
Proper burgers. Juicy, flavourful, full of fat, cheese, yeah... and more flavour.
You don't go here for a healthy eat.
There's always a line, but this just shows how good this place is.
If you're thinking of trying it out, do it and go all out - you can burn off the calories tomorrow, or for the rest of the week.
Such good burgers I cannot recommend it enough! The boyfriend and I shared the psychedelic and 5 chicken tenders with cheese sauce.
The beef patty is pink and juicy, maple bacon is actually sweet and complemented nicely with the rest of the burger.
Dark meat was used for chicken tenders (not breasts!) and it was super juicy but slightly greasy. The cheese sauce was very well done.
Can't wait to come back!
Cannot go past these burgers. Reliably f*cking brilliant everytime. Their beef is always cooked to perfection, the fried chicken burgers are next level. I have been quite a few times and never have I been disappointed, always leaving not able to breath and seriously satisfied. All the yes.
finally popped my HE cherry, well burger, with the Bonus Round, and it was pretty darn juicy and tasty • dry aged beef patty, American cheese, tomato, onion, pickles, and sauce • we also got a three pack of the chicken tenders with kaya butter sauce and I was certain we had been given extra because the pieces were huge, admittedly a lot of it was purely just crispy crunchy chicken skin but no complaint here, the actual meat was tender too • the only happy ending I am interested in tbh
One of, if not the best burgers in Sydney. Made up of simple yet high quality ingredients. Only complaint is the small outside seating, but it’s worth the visit for any burger lover
Great burgers. The fried Oreos are amazing. Good service and staff. More seating is needed though. Not convenient when it is cold as majority of the seating is outside and very little inside.
WOW what a place! Happy Ending burgers are by far my favourite burgers in Sydney. The succulent beef patties get me salivating every damn time! Their quirky combination of ingredients always seem to work brilliantly together. The cheese 2000 is simply delicious and always makes me a satisfied customer. Their fried chicken though!! Simply scrumptious. The best I’ve had. I could eat them all day. The combination of sweet and savoury flavours really gives my tongue a joy ride. Must try! Will be back for more very soon, stay happy!
The psychedelics burger was really good. The combination of ingredients made every bite delicious. The fried chicken in both deep fried friends and Kai burger was crunchy and fried well. Preferred the deep fried friends out of the two chicken burgers. Really liked the hint of sweetness. Up there with my favourite Sydney burger spots.

All three of these burgers were absolutely spot on and we’d go as far as saying this is some of, if not THE BEST fried chicken we’ve had the pleasure of tasting. The beef patties were juicy af and the menu was really creative with a lot of interesting flavour combinations.
If you’re a Sydney sider and if you haven’t hit Happy Ending you aren’t doing it right!
There is not one bad word I can say about this place. Everything, and i mean EVERYTHING, was pact with flavour and oozed cheese!!! I am definitely overdue for a return to this amazing burger spot. One of the top 3 burger joints in Sydney!! The Mozzarella sticks, so simple yet so amazing. The whole squad ate real good that night!!

If you're toying up KFC double or happy endings QUAD DOWN well the Quad Down smashes it. KFC has nothing on it except being a bit more accessible but who cares, just make the trip to Concord and try this Beast before it goes! This thing was massive. These guys definitely know how to cure a man's hunger. And no one wants bread too many carbs.😂

Loved the burgers and fries! Burgers were cooked perfectly - medium. Loved the melted cheese inside! Buns were nice and soft. Fries were seasoned well as well.
Ordered the Psychedelics and my friend had the Deep Fried Friends. Needless to say we fell so deep in loveeeeee with these burgers 🤤🤤. The buns are super soft and everything in the burger works well so that each component complements each other. Every bite was amazing and the meat and ingredients were of good quality. The pricing of these burgers are reasonable and it’s definitely worth it. Would recommend this place to others— just wish they had more convenient locations!! I think the only problem is seating. It is in quite a small area and during busy hours it may be hard to find a place to sit. But other than that, the staff and food are great :)
Favourite burger place. Good quality meat and flavours. Come here multiple times, friendly staff. I believe it's more consistent and better than their burger truck Mister Gees.
Tried the villain burger and was not disappointed. The chicken was fried well while remaining tender and moist at the same time. The flavours in the burger complimented each other but I would have also preferred to have a kick of spice in it. The loaded fries went well with the burger but eating it by itself was a bit dry where parts of the fries/bacon weren’t covered in cheese.
These burgers are just amazing! Soft buns, tender meat with w a concoction of flavours that make your tastebuds craving it everyday! I highly recommend ordering the psychedelic burger with truffle, relish, maple bacon and the best meat and bun! Best comfort food. Their loaded fries are winner too!
Happy Ending may just be the answer to all of your burger needs. The takeaway joint takes over the space of what used to be a family fish and chip shop on the main strip of Concord’s Majors Bay Road; a hole in the wall space that fits a row of indoor counter seats and just a handful of tables outside.
From the genius behind Mister Gee's, Happy Ending has hands down the best burgers in Sydney. The shop front has great music and an awesome vibe, but the burgers are to die for.
Mister Gees is my most favourite burger place in Sydney. The only reason I went to happy ending was that they are from the same owner. Well while the burger are no mister gees, the are ok. Though felt my bun was a bit burnt. Overall taste was good. Tried their fries with cheese as well, really really disappointing.
This is no fancy burger joint, and there is limited seating with a few bar stools inside and a few small tables and stools outside to perch on, but I'm pleased to report a happy ending ensued after polishing off the Double Dose burger special: two dry aged beef patties, maple bacon, American cheese, jalapeño pineapple relish and Dijon mustard.
Loved the burger truck, love the shop! Not a lot to chooses from, we had the Anxiety in nyc and the weekly special (chosen for the bacon jam). The burgers are juicy and delicious; the fries are thin, crispy and seasoned just right. Next time we’ll try the Korean tenders too. Sure there is a wait on a Saturday night, but tables turn over fast. Excellent value too

I always love a good burger. Those who know me well may attest that perhaps, in the past, I loved burgers a little too much. Over the past few years, I have abandoned sneaky visits to fast food “restaurants”, and a burger is a rare, once-in-a-while treat. When an invitation came in from For Food’s Sake, I jumped at the opportunity to not only attend Happy Ending Burger’s pre-opening launch, but it was a fantastic opportunity to meet Bianca and the team. Social media interaction is one thing, but nothing beats interacting in person!
I have been waiting for this day since the beginning of my passionate obsession with Mister Gee Burger Truck. And now I’ve finally got my Happy Ending in the form of the aptly named Happy Ending. The Gee-niuses behind Sydney’s favourite burger truck have finally set up a brick and mortar store that won’t require you to stand around in a car wash waiting for the truck to pull up and start grilling. Featuring a brand new menu of burgers as well as fries, drinks, sides and special burgers of the week, this is everything I have ever wanted.
Been here twice and I would definitely rate the burgers here. The first time I had the no mustard please burger and the second time I had the anxiety in NYC burger. Both burgers were super juicy, meat was cooked medium rare and the buns were so buttery and soft 😍 I would recommend the no mustard please if you’re after a simple burger to satisfy your cravings and the anxiety in NYC if you’re after a more extra burger. Service was super quick as well!
Gee’s new joint is a reflection of his passion and cuisines that has inspired him over the years. Who says Happy Endings only happen in fairytales? Come to Concord and get yours
Bianca: Finally, the burger gods have listened to my pleading. Concord, you finally have a cool burger joint to get excited about. I do have my favourites in Sydney and right at the tippy top of that list is Mister Gees Burger Truck. They’ve been up there since they first opened back in 2014. We had started blogging earlier that year and they quickly became my guilty pleasure. While the truck’s location has been fixed at the Haberfield address since 2015, I was always pestering owner Gee about a brick and mortar store. I just didn’t realise it would be in my own backyard (figuratively guys).
