We chanced upon this place and they provided fast service with free flow tap water in decent blue plastic cups.
The price is reasonable and the food quality is good. The eggs were a little on the salty side but it's good.

In a good location with nice views, facing the side of the beach. They seemed to have just two people looking after about 10 tables that were full. Hence the service level wasnt great. After seating down for 15mins we had to ask for service so that we could order food. The coffee arrived late after
this unassuming Cafe at the northern end of coogee Beach is a real winner! been coming here from the inner west for the past couple of years, as it's the perfect venue for breakfast doing the Bronte to coogee walk. with an outside view of the beach, the food is simple, delicious and no fuss. excelle

The food is average and customer service is average too. Nothing amazing. They do use plastic straws though and it would be amazing if they compost their food scraps/waste
