Review Anderson's Of Denmark Ice Cream - Coogee

Fully enjoyed this ice cream much better brand then others I’ve tried on the coast.. the guy behind serving was super friendly and quick with the service. Also you get melted chocolate for free sprinkled onto which goes hard! That adds to the flavour.. not sure what the other reviews say about flavour as it was so tasty! They lost a star because there was a few water ice crystals in the ice cream… that must be a thing in Sydney because most ice cream shops I’ve reviewed have all had the same crystal water…

Nice and friendly service, and lovely workers. Unfortunately the ice-cream is very mediocre though. Waffle cones were a bit stale, ice-cream isn't very creamy and tastes artificial.

Poor service by a rude staff last night. She had a dirty looking gloves on. She was not happy working there. Ice cream was half melted in the cup.

This ice cream is terrible. Ice crystals throughout. Giant chunks of unroasted nuts. I paid $17 for 2 ice creams and I regret every minute I was eating it.

Tried it twice. Almost no flavour, the almonds in my ice cream tasted foul. And believe me...I am not a picky eater.

I have had some really amazing ice cream in Sydney. Not sure what it is - milk, cream, weather, love, happiness - but I really am getting into the gelato / ice cream / sorbet thing. With that being said, this was hands down the worst ice cream I have had while here. There really wasn't anything wrong with the ice cream, but it had no taste. Really bland and was just meh. For the price and totally bland ice cream I am rating three stars. Service was really good and everyone was very nice and the view / location is excellent ... just the main reason to visit was just ok.

Fantastic ice cream and reasonable priced. Just the thing for the kids after being out for a dinner.
