I always preferred oporto out of all other fast food franchise, but this is absolute worse.
The chicken tenders were doused in some dirty liquid and tasted soggy and bland.
Rice was soggy and bland and seemed like some old rice that they chucked on the grill to heat and served it.
Burger bun was
Had pulled chicken salad today and the serve was way too small. They’ve decreased the original amount. Sorry 👎🏼 But you gotta improve that. Paid $17 for nothing.
Each time i order from here. The chips are burnt, burger not fresh. Today i had it after a while and it was even worse. Chips burnt, burger patty burnt, burger drenched in oil to the point the bun was so soggy.
Seriously Oportos quality had dropped the last few years in every store. Work up to stand
Love it, great service I had been there at least 3 or 4 times per week for the past 3 months, and the service and food are always good
Totally unsatisfied, many times i said this last time in cooee Oporto, but I haven't learnt of my mistake . It's the shop owner responsibility to offer great customer service . Many times I asked them to make fillet well done, but 1 out of 10 they will do it right . They don't have a water tap
