Review Oporto Coogee - Coogee

I always preferred oporto out of all other fast food franchise, but this is absolute worse. The chicken tenders were doused in some dirty liquid and tasted soggy and bland. Rice was soggy and bland and seemed like some old rice that they chucked on the grill to heat and served it. Burger bun was soggy and chicken was bland and soggy as well. Was also undercooked🤮 Fries was okay.

Had pulled chicken salad today and the serve was way too small. They’ve decreased the original amount. Sorry 👎🏼 But you gotta improve that. Paid $17 for nothing.

Each time i order from here. The chips are burnt, burger not fresh. Today i had it after a while and it was even worse. Chips burnt, burger patty burnt, burger drenched in oil to the point the bun was so soggy. Seriously Oportos quality had dropped the last few years in every store. Work up to standards and stop hiring your relatives as staff!

Love it, great service I had been there at least 3 or 4 times per week for the past 3 months, and the service and food are always good

Totally unsatisfied, many times i said this last time in cooee Oporto, but I haven't learnt of my mistake . It's the shop owner responsibility to offer great customer service . Many times I asked them to make fillet well done, but 1 out of 10 they will do it right . They don't have a water tap to wash your hand , this is how they treat their customers with unhygienic atmosphere. This is the last time , they can't handle pressure in a busy day . RANDWICK OPORTO 100 TIMES BETTER THAN COOGEE OPORTO . THE OWNER OF OPORTO COOGEE seemes taking advantage from the location with out delivering even a water tap to wash your hands. Shame on you

Only 2 staff members working on an extremely busy day. Waited over 30 minutes for two burgers. Not impressed with the service

Terrible service ordered a meal and was only handed half of it. Then I had to go back leaving my hot food to turn cold. The woman serving me checked the rail to see if my order was still sitting there and it wasnt. She then turned to me and said you must have taken it home. Why would I come back all that way just to get some free chicken boljas come on no apology no nothing. Maybe if she talked less she would know what she is doing as she was totally clueless.
