Review Erciye's Two Pizza - Coogee

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was there on Sunday night with some friends having a chat amongst ourselves, we hadn’t even been served yet when out of nowhere the manager stopped what he was doing and turned around and aggressively yelled at us to “either shut up or get out”, when we said excuse me in shock of what was just said, he yelled “get out”, and that he wouldn’t serve anyone for the rest of the night after we’d all been waiting in line for a while. I am appalled. After reading reviews of all these people getting food poisoning, I’m glad we didn’t end up eating there. People like this should not work in hospitality or customer service. Wish I could give them a 0.

Poor customer service. Staff was really rude and overcharged us by $10. A big scam. Food was cold and not at all of quality. Their chicken kebab machine was not even on, which left the meat at room temperature! Super long delays to get served.

Zero customer service, zero food quality, dirty and not recommend at all. I waited 2 hours for my food to arrive and I was starving but as soon as I saw the food, I lost half of my appetite, then with the first bite I lost the other half. Then I threw it to the bin. I wish I could give -5 stars.

Went there last night. The big guy who akways works late would be the rudest human being alive. I bought a small chips and he charged me $1 dollar to put ketchup on. Wow lol another customer was arguing with him over how rude he is. This place is so low vibe

If I could give it a zero rating I would. The owner has no idea on customer service and the food is disgraceful.they should be shut down

My friends and I used to come here for late night kebabs after an evening out in Coogee - the service (although unfriendly) isn't bad and the food (after a few drinks) is passable.<br/><br/>That being said, I went here with a friend last night who ordered a plate and, between the two of us, came up $4 short on change - an honest mistake. Needless to say, I will not be coming back anytime in the foreseeable future.

Came here last night for a late night kebab. Had the mixed kebab snack pack, which was delicious. The portions were well sized and the staff were friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable and the joint provided a great place to chill out and enjoy the vibe of Coogee.

Opened late this was a surprise find. The wrap they use is a thin fluffy Turkish bread and the salad was fresh. From what I can tell the bread is made on site.

Worst service ever, rudest people I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!!!!............Would not feed the rubbish they call food to my dog or recommend to my worst enemy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best kebabs ever. Anytime of the day, by the way. Never mind the (authentic) service, the food is cracking and that's all you need when it's take away ;)

Worst service i've ever experienced at a kebab store. No need to be rude to your customers for no reason at all. Especially after receiving money for the kebab. These guys need to learn some manners if anything. Food mediocre but service put me off. Never returning again.

Really nice Turkish pizzas, kebabs and felafel. I am a local and go there often. Service is perfectly adequate. Can recommend.

Grubs. This is a grubby place run by grubby people. Walk past when it is quiet and you will see the owner/staff sitting on their front step smoking. They could give food away and I wouldn't take it!
