Called in for pre New Years drinks and Tapa's. No booking but staff were very happy to accommodate us. Started with cocktails then oysters and Crockett's very nice all round. What a nice way to start the evening, thank you so much to the staff.
A very special place. This is a REAL stand out. Capital city level dining and service, with small town friendliness, charm and personality. Beautifully presented food, balanced and finely tuned. Tasca always has a great array of unusual wines, specifically orange wines and organics. The charcuterie plate is a must have and though it’s not the cheapest, quality is always sensational. Once you get the to age where Eddies Grub house is just a nightmare, move down the road to somewhere quieter.
Great place. The staff were pretty accommodating. I requested for a dish that wasn't there in the menu at 9PM. With 30 mins to close, they still gave me a vegetarian pasta. :)
