Review Coolangatta Pie Shop - Coolangatta

Pies were one of the tastiest we have ever had. Sausage Rolls were the worst we ever had. Threw the sausage roll in the bin. Read your reviews.. Others thought the same. What are you doing to make them so different to your pies?

We stop in here for lunch, the Asian gentleman that served us was very rude, no descent customer service at all, I had a Ned Kelly pie and the pastry was not cooked thru. Everything we ordered was like a hard ask. This bloke did the same to another customer when we were there, she asked for her milk separate in a cup, he told her we don't do that, what's so hard about putting milk into another cup. We r tourist but u want abit more customer service than what we experienced. Will not recommend visiting this place.

Pretty good pepper chunky steak pie. Grace was a little on the gelatinous side but overall did the job.

Coolangatta pie shop has a variety of pastries, pies and goodies.. We tried a couple of different pies. The Chicken Mornay was delightful and yummy. However the pepper pie was indeed very peppery, I would only recommend this to those who are die hard pepper fans... As for the chunky steak pie, this was very tasty however I found mine was lacking that "chunkiness" that good chunky steak pies contain. As for the coconut slice, it's sweet and coconutty, I would recommend this for those of you with a sweet tooth.

Love the pies here. Have eaten them for years & years. You just can't to Coolangatta & not have a pie from the Coolangatta pie shop.

Cooly pie shop - from my teens stopping in at 5am after a big night for a mandatory hang over cure to now for a pie and sausage roll on the beach for lunch - decades of great pies and memories. Standing the test of time. Thanks Coolangatta pie shop

Love a Coolangatta pie when I'm down the coast. That's it, not much more to say. It's been there for years, and I've been going there for years.

Used to be good, gone downhill. Beef and mushroom pie today tastes of gravox, has minimal, gristly, mince and a very strong after-taste of tinned mushrooms that I just can't get rid of.
