Review Mountain Ridge Wines Restaurant - Coolangatta

Stopped in today for a mother's Day lunch, with no reservations, looking for a table. They were very busy but accommodated my wife and 2 children in their beautiful outdoor seating area. Along with the very friendly, upbeat and attitudes of the staff, the food was ordered and delivered promptly. Setting was beautiful and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Very impressed. Will definitely be back and would recommend to all.

My partner and I have been staying in Shoalhaven heads for the past week and have visited Mountain Ridge 3 times because we love it so much. A great selection of wines to suit all tastes. The food was absolutely tremendous each visit - we came for lunch twice, and breakfast once. I recommend not eating before you visit, because you will want to eat everything from the menu. All the ingredients were so fresh and vibrant. Along with the STUNNING view, the biggest highlight for us would have to be the impeccable service we received each visit. Every single member of staff was so incredibly friendly and happy to accommodate our requests. Special shout outs to Kristen, Leona and I want to say Michelle. Such lovely women who were always happy to have a chat and give our puppy Ginger attention. We are already looking forward to our next visit, which is hopefully not too far away. Thank you to the whole team for the lovely experiences on our trip.

Had a spontaneous lunch at Mountain Ridge and was blown away by the amazing food but especially the service. Was served by a lovely lady (short hair and glasses, sorry forgot her name) and she was very attentive and spoke so well about the winery. Our three course meal was delicious, we will definitely be back soon!

Lovely little winery- mum and I did the Personalised wine flight and it was lovely. I had done in a few months early with 2 friends and both experiences have been great. Greg is fantastic- super friendly and knowledgeable about wine! Look forward to returning again soon!

I can not fault this place !! 3 course lunch was spot on. Delicious, fresh produce, fabulous flavours paired with Mountain Ridge wine, it was a wonderful experience. The view and the attentive staff added to the joy of dining here. Thank you. We'll be back !

Our son, and daughter-in-law took my husband and I out for lunch yesterday we had a lovely time the food and wine was just outstanding. Highly recommend for those who wish to visit the area, Geraldine and the team were amazing hosts, and had such a vast knowledge of all their products it was such a delight.

I had lunch here, with agroup of friends, yesterday and highly recommend the place. The menu is comprehensive, catering to a wide range of tastes. Although very busy, the service was prompt, friendly and efficient. The food delicious and the servings, generous. My group ordered a range of dishes and all were satisfied. The prices of both food and beverages are reasonable. As a Shoalhaven Heads local, I am proud to have such an excellent restaurant so close by.

Stumbled across this little gem and loved everything about it hence the 5* review - they were very busy but the lady who served us was very attentive - took our order quite quickly. Had a glass of the champagne which was lovely. And all the food was great also

Mountain ridge winery is an amazing place, the food is awesome the service is even better and the wine doesnt dissapoint. Its such a great place to come have a drink and a nice meal. Burnie the restaurant manager is such a nice person and went above and beyond to see that we had a great time. I would/do recommend this place to anyone who loves a good meal and a good wine. Thanks we will see you guys again soon

Popped in for morning tea with 3 friends. The views are spectacular and the staff are extremely friendly. Would recommend. Will go back and try lunch next time

Had lunch with a few girlfriends yesterday the 10th July, we all loved the beautiful views & warm welcome from Amy who greeted us. We all live locally and where looking forward to our lunch I had the twice cooked duck with potato roti with Asian greens, it was delicious my girlfriends ordered the seafood chowder, chicken burger and slow cooked pork, we all really enjoyed meal and the wonderful service made it even more memorable! We will certainly be going back again the near future!

The winter menu was delicious , great food , wine and atmosphere can’t wait to come back.

I go to mountain ridge winery (restaurant) about 6 times per year and love it. Today, as usual the waitress, Bernie was so attentive and yet there was a lot of people who came in to eat - she treated each person with so much courtesy and cheerfulness. She seemed to do so much but gave excellent customer service by giving each of us her full attention and paid so much attention to detail. Bernie is an excellent waitress, it is great food, and has a fabulous outlook. I encourage you to go and try it out (you won't be disappointed)

Wish you guys reopen for dinners, I remember having the best meal there about 5years if not longer
