I have lived minutes away for years and have only just tried the food and WOW!! Hands down the best on the coast. What an amazing, hidden gem. The staff and Dion, the owner are exceptional, so knowledgeable and welcoming and the food was mind-blowing.
The quality of meals and wine selection at The Hinterland are exceptional. This restaurant competes with some of the best on The Sunshine Coast.
Local produce which is sustainably sorced in a venue that takes pride in their flavours and customers experience = 5 stars.
If you haven't been to Hinterland Restaurant at Cooran, then book yourself a table and go. The food is excellent, the atmosphere charming and the service 1st class. Thank you to Dion, Amy and the staff for a wonderful Sunday lunch experience.

Hinterland Restaurant is a hidden gem- delicious paddock to plate food and excellent service. The passion the owners have for their home grown produce and their goal to source locally where ever possible sets this restaurant apart from the others.
