Hamburger was made with pre made patties from a box of the cheapest no brand patties they could find !! Deadset it looked like slab of spam ......Thier idea of a ham burger consisted of lettuce BBQ sauce and a pattie it was harendous don't waste your cash

Terrible food. Processed everything. We were dissapointed they would not cook my fish on a piece of foil when I told them I have Coeliacs so couldn't have it battered or crumbed. It was too hard.
The chips were soggy and had no taste.
My family ordered Calamari and Fish which was also tasteless.
I know they were busy but maybe just adding a lemon Wedge to the fish could make a difference etc
The staff were friendly.
I think the food itself needs to go up a knotch if it wants to compete with the other Fish N Chip Shops.

The best fish and chips I've ever had! Also their potato cakes can't be compared to other ones. Friendly staff even in busy times. I really enjoyed my lunch with fresh cooked food.

Worst fish and chips I have ever eaten. The food was just as bad as their customer service. We were a group of 6 and all of us walked out dissatisfied unable to continue eating the food. DISGUSTING and APPALLING is the best way to describe both the food and the customer service. Be wise and take your hard earned money elsewhere because taking the risk to eat here simply isn't worth it.

Half menu not available.. rude and useless staff who don't have not one skill required of the hospitality industry other than standing there and being physically present! was actually waiting for a camera crew and comedian on a mic to come out and tell customers this was all some BIG JOKE!..but no these people actually think they're running a business.Selling pre cooked battered flake which was dry and certainly not for human consumption, Seafood sticks same, dim sims were only thing edible. Customers on table next to us took one look at their fish and got up and left not touching it . Hope the word gets out!!!

Took 1 bite and went and got my money back. The guy at the counter didn't seem surprised by my reaction at all. They're serving up frozen, pre packaged, reconstituted food. Stay away.

Pre-cooked, flake ok but batter too greasy, fish very expensive. Chips tasted not good. Potato cakes were yuck & weird as they didn’t looked cooked, were a strange shade of grey and mushy didn’t seem like real potato. Overall I’m being generous with a 3. Customer service not good, attendant seemed not happy to be there.

Ok food. Quite a bit is precooked and they put food sitting in the warmer while they wait for other pieces. Grilled fish is too thin and needs taste. Chips were nice. Overall expensive. $7.50 for flake.
