Review Rose Garden Coffee House - Cowra

There was a hair in my meal and the lady behind the counter made three different excuses as to why it wasn't a hair from a staff member. 1. It was a lettuce hair (I showed it to her closer and it is very apparent it's not lettuce) 2. It blew in off the wind (I was sitting inside) 3. Their staff have their hair up so it couldn't possibly be theirs. I would have preferred if she just apologised and took responsibility.

Lovely hot coffee and yummy biscuit for later, friendly staff and great service.

Stopped for some refreshments last month on our return to Victoria. I completely forgot to pick up my handbag when we left! Very luckily and thankfully for me, an honest and kind good Samaritan handed in my bag to staff. Thank you SO much to that good Samaritan! I only realised I was missing my bag when we next stopped in Canberra, and my husband immediately contacted the RGCP in Cowra who agreed to express mail it to me the next week. It was safely returned to me and I am full of gratitude and thanks for wonderful customer service and help in this recovery. They went over and above in making sure my bag was delivered safely to me, and no expense to myself. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE WONDERFUL PEEPS of Cowra! 🙏🙏

Very fast for food to come out, ample toilets round back, decent amount of tables AND open on the Queen's Birthday PH unlike the rest of the town. Big serves too and free sauces available near the counter. Would love to see some local soft drinks on sale though such as Rice's/Mayfields

Good service, good food, good staff. A bit noisy inside but too cold to eat outside. Would be great in summer.

Had the BEST gluten free chicken BLT. Ever. As a Coeliac I crave normal food and this was such a treat. Would be better if staff actually looked like they enjoyed being there
