Great little deli/cafe. Makes good hamburgers too, as well as coffee, some cakes and the usual pies, pasties and sausage rolls. Lots of indoor tables and some comfy lounges. Good for a morning coffee or lunch, especially on a rainy winters day or hot summer day (some outdoor seats). Always calm and friendly staff and prices are very reasonable - like ham+cheese croissant and mug coffee only $12.50

Nice place for food located in main street of crafers. Good range of pies and other pastries, made to order sandwiches and rolls, and gourmet range of rolls. Also sells range of homemade jams, relishes and sauces. Comfortable surroundings and sit down option.

Stopped in for morning tea on the way up to the botanic gardens. Good coffee, lovely service and a little book exchange.

Based on the unassuming look, I went in expecting competent but unremarkable food. Surprise! The burgers are great. Try the Texan one.

We called in for a quick takeaway on our way to the Mt Lofty Gardens. Service was fabulous. Lovely girls behind the counter. Coffee/Mochas were great.

We love the coffee and friendly service and are regular visitors to Bean cafe. The coffee flavour taste and temperature is always consistently good and the inhouse roasting mix excellent. Tasty menu items too!! Plenty of parking on site

The food here was really good. We got 3 different orders, one for each of us 😉, and each one was really yum. Great prices for what you get and in a beautiful location. Well worth the visit.

Great little coffee shop great sandwiches and friendly service

Got takeaway here entity's to the mt lofty gardens and it was great! Whilst the cater for paleo a they are also accomodating to other dietary requirements; I am vegan and they happily made the falafel wrap vegan. The chai latte was also good and live how big the large was! Definitely will beback

Discovered this place a few months ago, Never disappointed. Have had the Turkish BLT, Gourmet Hotdogs & Chicken Caesar Wrap, all delicious! Probably one of the best takeaway/cafe's in the hills!<br/><br/>

I'm glad there are good reviews as this place should be better, and could be wonderful but I've stood outside and poured my slow takeaway coffee out into the garden. We have enough choices in the Hills that I didn't complain, I just never returned.

Crafers Gourmet Deli has delicious low carbohydrate high fat menu options. I had a generous serving of the Pork Belly salad which was well dressed. I will be back to try some of the other options.

Open for breakfast and lunch with an excellent range of freshly prepared options, eg, cheese, tomatoes and olives focaccia with their own pesto, and chicken tandoori wrap, rich and tasty, is only one of many food options. As I sat and enjoyed a relaxing lunch in the dining area, with a latte, (Mahalia boutique coffee roaster, winner of a number of awards, from Robe SA.) I found the service was good, the dining area relaxing and comfortable, with a de stress ambience, which completed my lunch experience.

Disappointing - Today I had a Vietnamese roll for lunch, which was greasy, and not up to the standard in an average takeaway. The coffee was about average. There are many better places in the area.

Best burgers in Adelaide by far. Great size and super yummy and fresh. Simple country style layout inside: casual and laid back. Nice spot for lunch.

Tucked away off the freeways mad pace is CGD. The locals know how good it is and flock there at lunch time to devour any number of wonderful options. Started by a passionate foodie I can't help thinking the mix is perfect, service great and coffee superb.

Crafers Gourmet Deli is located in the shopping strip next door to the post office with good off street parking. Al fresco dining on the front verandah, compliments a variety of seating options inside, including comfortable lounge sofas. The new owners have big plans for a complete refurbishment, to a Melbourne Sydney style modern upmarket deli. The deli aspect of the business specializes in Adelaide Hills specialty produce exclusive to this outlet. All dips, chutneys, relishes and jams are freshly prepared on the premises and all available to sample. A fabulous range of chocolates, toffees, panforte etc are also on the tasting table. The chiller cabinets at the rear stock a range of tempting gourmet meal packs, covering a variety cuisines, all made on the premises, to take away . Open for breakfast and lunch with an excellent range of freshly prepared options, like ham, cheese, tomatoes and olives focaccia with their own pesto, and chicken tandoori wrap, rich and spicey, which we sampled for lunch, both delicious. This is a popular refreshment stop for the many cyclists who bike the hills. The word is already out, that this is a specialized deli- cafe. The coffee is excellent (Mahalia, winner of a number of awards, from Robe SA.) Good service and a relaxing and comfortable ambience, complete the experience.
