Review Billy's Boulevard - Craigieburn

We went to Billy’s for dinner and it was a very good experience. Food is yummy, fresh, and generous serve size. Being Friday night, I was expecting at least 30 mins wait but they were pretty quick. Support your local business 😍 Their meat is halal and that was a plus for us too.

Food is not bad, the place is tidy and clean, staff members are really welcoming specially the girl with the red hair. She always has a smile on her face and tries her best to satisfy us and meet our expectations. Recommend this place, definitely going back again.

Rating 1 for the attitude of a staff member. I came to Billy’s for lunch with a colleague. When we entered the empty dining area, the assistant behind the counter noticed I was holding a coffee I had purchased from The Coffee Club. She told me I’m not allowed to be in the shop while I’m holding “that cup” as it’s advertising for competition. I told the assistant we were here to buy lunch and if she has another cup I would be happy to transfer it - she refused and said I would have to finish it outside. She lost our business and we enjoyed lunch back at the coffee club.

I've had really good experiences at Billy's, but unfortunately this was not the best. We went for dinner during peak hour so always make exceptions for that, however, it took 25mins to get any drinks ordered, and our starter was also missed off the order and came after our meals. Garlic bread had no garlic on it but was still soft and fluffy. The food is quite good, just a few things to elevate to take to the next level. Some people looked like they were starting to get annoyed with the timings but, it is what it is. Still love the food

Ordered coffees to start, took the order and sat us down pretty quickly. When it came to ordering the food, I got one of the waitresses attention, she acknowledged and said she’d come back. It had been 15 minutes and no one ever came back to take our order instead were ignored by the other waitresses as they were busy serving other people. In fact, they were walking past our table with other peoples orders but not once have stopped to ask if we had ordered. Our coffees came after and we were not in the mood to order and eat having waited so long. So we paid and left. Horrible service, felt like I was ignored on purpose.

After waiting 30 minutes for a beef burger , The beef was so dry and chips was uncooked. At $21.50 for a burger I would have thought it would be decent burger. I would not be eating at this place again.

It’s not bad, but there is way to many staff on, staff touch their hair then hand food to customers, in Nike hoodies and have hands in their hoodie pockets. Staff don’t pay much attention and got our order wrong, as we went to correct them they walked off. Everyone is miss matching. May as well come into your pyjamas to work. There is one girl who has been standing behind the counter for a good half an hour playing on her phone. At least make it look like you want to be here with your presentation. Kinda makes you feel yuck and like your in a small cafe in the middle of no where. Don’t smile much, most of them are in tracksuit pants. For the price you pay you get served by people in tracksuits lol.

Nice lattes. Good pizza, very nice pasta. Staff were lovely. Was with a very large group of over 70 people and they were great.everyone seemed to enjoy the food judging by the empty plates.

Was very wary of trying a new restaurant as have food allergies with MSG flavours added to lots of food these days in restaurants but Billy’s Boulevard are tops with all food I myself & family have tried so far. The chicken breast with mushroom gravy, Billy’s pizza, crispy salmon, barramundi with chips, are my favourites so have tried..wine is good & also coffee I love. The service is very good & they all bend over backwards to please. That is why we keep going back to try different dishes and if anything is out of place, they will fix immediately. Last but not least, the prices are very reasonable compared to many restaurants in the Craigieburn area. Many of our friends have also tried this place and were very pleased and they to are recommending this place to their friends also. Thank you Billy’s Boulevard for opening up this restaurant and hope you have a very successful business.

We dine at Billy’s Boulevard on a weekly basis. Their fruit smoothies are refreshing & healthy. The food is clean, fresh & delicious. The souvlaki is yummy. Their chips & saganaki are oh so yum. We make a point of trying something new every visit & they never disappoint. The staff are very friendly & make a point of catering to your needs. Thank you. See you in a few days.

I have previously worked in hospitality and customer service, and from when I walked into this restaurant I was not properly greeted or acknowledged by any of the workers on arrival. On top of this, the staff were rude and didn’t seem like they were happy being at work. I also ordered my food however, the wait time was quite long! Not a pleasurable first experience for me, and I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of better options in my opinion.

The french toast is tasteless & taste powdery. (nothing like french toast)kids Pancakes were meant to be chocolate topping and the chocolate tasted nothing like chocolate and needed to be served with cream or ice cream as they were very dry and bland. Told waitress and she said mm ok, not passing onto chef or owner. Service was poor and felt like they had no time for us to read the menu.

1st time and last time. When we arrived Staff was friendly was seated at a table the waitress gave us bottle of water and glasses which had lipstick all over it. My knife was dirty. So i only used my fork to eat. wife had steak whch was served with chips that had been mixed with freshly cooked chips and chips thats been cooked before from other orders . My fish was frozen precooked fish which was dry. To top it all off when we were paying looking at the kitchen the chefs standing around on their cell phone waiting for another order to come though they should be cleaning up ,as the benches were disgusting god knows what the cool rooms are like. Definitely wont be back.

What a lovely place! Service was great,breakfast was absolutely the best in Craigieburn. We came here first time and really enjoyed. Even my son finished his plate first time and wants to come here again and we will come definitely;)

Exceptional food and service. New favourite in Craigieburn for breakfast and the coffee is amazing! The beans are a secret mix, every time spot on. Well done to the new owners keep it up. Also now serving alcohol!

Went in today with the family to have a little snack before doing our groceries. We ordered a couple of iced coffees along with the trio of dips and chips with aioli. Our food was yum, the iced coffees were delicious with today’s hot weather and the service was great. Will definitely be back again �

Came to billy's Bvd for a quick bite to eat, got the trio of dips and warm pita bread, delicious. We walked in and were greeted straight away by the wait staff. Lovely and prompt service, we will be back for dinner next time �

Had breakfast here again. Finally a decent place to eat service and food outstanding.

Very nice dinner for four and a two-year-old. Prompt service and tasty meals. Second good experience after nice coffee and cake. Will definitely be coming back again and I recommend the parma with bacon.

Excellent quality of food my son had a chicken mushroom risotto he loved it and I had the chicken salad very nice also great service

Place is going downhill since Christmas unfortunately. My family and I have dined several times and we were very happy with the food when it first opened but after Christmas not only is the food average but your waiters need to step up with their service. Also if you are not serving pizza for a month i think you should tell your customers its not available before they are seated. Please take into consideration your customer reviews.

When we first ate here the food was amazing and every time since then they just cant get it right. The muesli is full of juice and the eggs are never cooked! Have given a few goes again since the bad experience and it just keeps getting worse so wont be coming back.

Cannot fault the food or service. Beautiful food, well presented. Certainly is value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great to see the managers helping out and interacting with the customers. Will be back again.

Had dinner here last night with a few friends. The food and sizes of the meal was good, also coffee was nice. Next time want to try some dessert they looked yummy. Will be back again.

Had a few meals here at Billy’s Boulevard. There is not much excitement although I do love the outdoor sitting area on the side. A massive sitting area great for a overdue catch up brunch dates with the girls or girlfriend.

<br/>I came here when they first opened and wasn’t overly excited or impressed by the food quality but I believe in second chances and I returned today and was impressed by the quality of the food and service by the staff, I can’t really say anything bad, I am glad I returned for another go and I will definitely be back.

I’ve had Billy’s Coffee before from Doncaster and it wasn’t too bad so I thought I’d give BB In Craigieburn a go. It looked fairly new and it was spacious and pretty busy. There was a small selection of pastries but I just grabbed a take away almond latte. It was smooth and creamy but was handed over to me extremely hot, way too hot to enjoy straight away. Might have just been an off day, but hopefully next experience will be better.

The restaurant is always clean. The staff are very friendly. The food is reasonably priced and taste delicious. Never had a bad meal here.

While staff are friendly, it’s very much just look after yourself. We both ordered pastas, wait time was minimal and the quantity of food decent. I found it to be very tasty too, the carbonara was very yummy!

Overall a good experience. My partner ordered the Cam pasta and I ordered the Parma with ham. The Parma was slightly burnt on the bottom but we will be back.

Went here with a group of friends, atmosphere is ok, food was hit or miss. Service is what turned me off the most. When everyone's meals were out except for one of our party we asked the waitress if it was still coming, she looked at us blankly and said that we didn't order that meal. Well my friend definitely DID order herself dinner and wasn't planning on spending the night drinking water. Straight off the bat the waitress had an attitude, if the meal was late coming out or she realized her mistake by not putting in the order and elected to fix it, I would have been ok with it. But for her to flat out deny we even ordered it and then decide 'I'll order one for you I suppose' is just wrong.<br/>We will not be back.

Been here a few times and decided to go for dinner as my partner and I enjoy the parmas. I went on to order at the counter ‘1 Parma with chips, another Parma with chips and salad’ (we get the same thing every time we eat here), Our food arrived and we had 2 Parmas with chips & salad and a bowl of chips. I was not frustrated at all, I simply explained to the waitress that I didn’t order an extra bowl of chips, so she got the manager. The manager then rudely told me it was my fault and I should have told her that, saying it’s my fault and next time I should tell that I don’t want salad, when I did tell her that. So she took the bowl of chips away, and took it to another table... Anyway, she went on to refund the bowl of chips, when she brought the change over, she then again repeated herself saying it’s my fault and next time I should just ‘tell her’, I felt harassed. Honestly, a simple “I’m sorry I’ll fix that up for you” would have sufficed. I was not angry until the manager approached me as I understand that mistakes happen.<br/>I am absolutely appalled by this managers behaviour and will not be returning.

We went here for the first time and had a delicious breakfast. The bacon, eggs and mushrooms were very nice as were the pancakes. Will be visiting again.

Not too bad a place. The restaurant is large inside, offering a variety of seating options, including high bar stools, normal tables, and a screened off children’s and family section. There’s also a lot of tables outside as well. <br/>Their menu is huge! Between the four of us, two went for the chicken and two of us opted for a creamy CAM pasta (chicken, avocado and mushroom). The portions were generous and the flavours were tasty too, so no complaints from anyone. <br/>Service was good, and the decor inside feels new and spacious. <br/>

The only reason give this place two stars is cause we got seated quickly and the smoothies<br/><br/>It all went south from there quickly i ordered a so called napoli seafood risotto<br/>The risotto was clagy and tasteless the seafood you can tell is out of a freezer bag and the overall taste was lackluster<br/><br/>My wife ordered salt and pepper calamari with chips and salad<br/>Chips were drowned in salt as was the calamari overall taste was salty and bland<br/><br/>I may give this place another go a chance to change my opinion

Overall I liked the ambiance of the place. The decor was nice for the location, the service was terrific and the prices reasonable. I enjoyed my chai as it was very a nice balance of cinnamon and milk. The burger was a little lackluster in terms of flavour, as there wasn’t a real ‘kick’ to it. The chips however were really nice! Would recommend and return to try more of the menu.

Great coffee. Serves bonsoy rather than crap soy options. Clean tidy and minimalist.<br/><br/>I highly recommend this for the best craigiburn coffee.

Food was below average and I swear the saganaki we were served was halloumi cheese... also didn’t have liquor license which was fine but added to the overall dull experience. Only plus was they were open later than la porchetta across the road.<br/>Pumpkin soup was good though!

Came to Craigieburn central for dinner and came across this place... we had the trio of dips, beef burger and salt and pepper calamari. Food was delicious and prices are very good considering the food. The service was good, if a little too attentive, but would recommend this place! We will be back again :)

We just had dinner here after our visit to the cinema and was pretty good. Better than Rozzi's that use be there.<br/><br/>We tried the salt and pepper calamari and the chicken souva and both were very tasty. Great value for money and service is ok considering they haven't been open long.<br/><br/>I'm going to have to try breakfast here one weekend.

Great food and great service, the cam risotto was amazing and the coffee is sensational. We will definitely be back, it is nice to finally have a good casual dining restaurant in craigieburn.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>
