The best viet restaurant in the northern suburbs ! We had a chefs special soup, steamed wontons and also tried the lemongrass chilli tofu with rice. All the food was fresh, delicious and authentic. Customer service is wonderful. They are open for takeaway people ! Support local :) Will be back on a regular basis I think. Only thing missing was Banh mi, which hopefully will be on the menu one day :)

My favourite Viet place in Craigieburn. Have been here numerous times, the customer service is always amazing as well as the overall quality of the food. The staff always goes above and beyond for customers. Would 10/10 recommend! My top dish recommendations are the fried wontons and the beef lemongrass chilli and spring rolls vermicelli! Also try the bubble tea, favourite is Thai milk tea with coffee jelly 😍

Everything about this place is awesome! The food is always delicious and the service is always A+. Have tried both the chicken and beef BBH, the lemongrass and chilli vermicelli salad and the stir fry mixed veggies with chicken and would definitely order any/all of them again! My reviews are usually long, but detailed. I literally come here ALL the time! As someone who is absolutely fanatical about Vietnamese and Asian cuisine, it made me so happy to finally have a proper Vietnamese restaurant in Craigieburn.
1. The customer service is amazing. Vinh is an absolute delight to see and talk to all the times I go. His family are such lovely people and just wonderful cooks and this amplifies the love I have for the place. The number one experience that usually wows customers is in fact customer service. I can say with 100% certainty that you would never have a bad experience here.
2. The food. I could write an entire essay about how wonderful their food is. Their chilli is the hottest I've ever had in a restaurant (usually it's a Western-style heat, but this is proper). As a chilli eater, this makes me so happy!
My regular dishes are usually the pork and prawn rice paper rolls. The sauce that goes with it is what amplifies the entire dish and I usually ask for extra because it's very addictive.
My second regular are the steamed wantons. They are to die for! The sauce once again is one of the best things about it and really amplifies the homemade-style wantons.
Their taste is so unique I secretly I wanna wow Vinh to get the recipe haha.
3. The layout of the store is small-ish, but there is decent-size space for seating so you can sit and enjoy food with family and friends. This also creates an intimate and personal feel, as well as always being attended to when you need something.
I'm a regular, my family are regulars and I even got my family from Singapore when they came down here obsessed with the steamed wantons too. You can never get anything like this anywhere, and I'm usually the kind of person who goes around everywhere to try out wantons. Please never go away. I absolutely love this place!
This place is fresh, full of quality and flavour. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The wontons were great, lemongrass chicken awsome and the chicken ribs tasty.

Great service with a smile and authentic Vietnamese in the heart of Craigieburn. Food was served quick and freshly made. Owner even personally greeted us and explained the clever design behind their logo. Will definately visit again!

I love everything about this new revamp and rename. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food is absolutely delicious and cheap. I ordered crispy chicken and fried rice and my partner ordered the beef pho. Will be back soon!
Update: visited again on 23.03.19 and tried the combination hokkien noodles and a mango iced tea with fruit jelly. My partner ordered the beef with vegetables and rice. Such friendly and quick service considering how busy the place gets.
Thankyou VHM Bros for reviving Craigieburn Central food with classic Vietnamese cuisine. I stop by after work almost everyday for their signature fried wontons. Consistently fresh and flavourful food and ever friendly customer service. Hands down one of the best pho's I've ever had. I'll see you tomorrow

New restaurant with very polite and friendly Vietnamese family. I can tell this new place is much better then the old restaurant that used to be thereby still by the attitude of the management and staff. The food is absolutely delicious and the portion size is really worth it’s $$. I would definitely recommend trying this place!
This place is what you call a great and authentic Vietnamese Restaurant. The Beef Ball Pho I had was a 5 star, but what made this experience even more better is the customer service here. And the care they have to their customers. Truly an amazing and clean experience.
My friends and I wanted to have Vietnamese food experience and VHM Bros were recommended to us.
Upon entrance, we had a great experience. I have been to some restaurants where I felt uncomfortable upon arriving until I leave. It dawned on me a few moments later why I felt so relaxed. This was because of the staff. They were super courteous, super friendly and just that over-all feeling that you are in good hands.
As for the food… it was also outstanding! All dishes were fresh and tasted great. It certainly left me wanting more! The entrees were the perfect size and I loved the chicken and fried rice.
I will be coming back.
Heard about this place through a mate and since I was in the area, I thought it'd be a good idea to try it out. The food was great but the service was even better. I would definitely go back again whenever I'm nearby.

Good to finally have a Vietnamese restaurant in Craigieburn. The most friendly service that are very helpful and kind. Pho was delicious and everything I expected it to be.
A good place to hang out with friends after tiered shopping day. The shop very close to the car park so it saves me from walking. Crispy skin chickens is a bomb. Love it

My fried rice was perfectly seasoned and fluffy, my chicken was crispy and juicy, and the drinks were refreshing and made on the spot.

The workers here are so nice and friendly. I like their vibe. We got here with no available tables. The guy at the front took down our order and phone number and advised that they would begin cooking our food when there was a table free. A short wait later and we received a phone call and our table was ready with food following soon after.
The fried chicken is a definite to order.

We ordered the "Double trouble combo".
B6 Pho w Combination - the soup is not that hot, there's no tendons and pork liver inside unlike the other vietnamese Pho we had before but the taste is good.
A5 Fried wontons - it is tasty and crispy. The taste is just right good to partner with rice as well.
C2 Crispy skin chicken with steamed rice - the skin of the chicken is tasty but the meat is not. For me it needs to put some seasoning to make it tasty too not the skin only.
The staff hospitality for me is 10/10.
Food is 8/10.
Came to Craigeburn to inspect a car & after my wife & i were hungry for lunch. We walked around the shops & found VHM Bros. My wife ordered the grilled chicken bun & i ordered the grilled beef soup like a pho! Well well what can i say but my soup off the charts sooooo damn good! A little sweet a tiny bit spicy & the brorh & aromatics took me to another realm! My wifes bun so fresh tasting & a vibrancy of flavours that were just amazing! 3 differernt staff came over at different times to ask us about our meal & i was so impressed! We will back & make the 45 min drive ftom Footscray. Great food great establishment great service. 5 out 5. Thank you...

The spring rolls are exactly how I like them when I eat it at home - lots of mince filling with some glass vermicelli, wood ear mushroom, carrots and onion.

Best Pho and Spring Rolls I have ever had, I tried the Pho here 2 years ago and have been coming back almost every week since then.
