Pizza tray 📥 fries and bread was cooked perfectly . Taste was very good and fresh ingredients. Staff were very helpful and friendly . Would definitely recommend to locals and others to come try the food anytime . Great to have a local great pizza place to go to !!

The service was absolutely appalling!!!! Waited for over 3 hours for our meals, the restaurant was NOT busy so I have no idea what on earth was happening in the kitchen. I ordered fish of the day which was Barramundi, let me tell you it was NOT FRESH, It was deep fried fish (overcooked too) that was dripping of oil. The fries were soggy, not seasoned, almost undercooked. We had a group booking that was locked in weeks in advance so you would think there was sufficient staff rostered on for the night. Everything about this restaurant is just ridiculous!!!!! If you're thinking about dining in here, here's your warning, DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I 100% TELL YOU DO NO GO THERE!!!!!

This is how my lasagne was served today. The manager didn’t even come out to address the issue but sent the waiter. I still don’t understand how any chef would send this out ??

The place was quiet, and clean. Friendly staff and order time was decent too. Ordered Royal Pizza. The food Quality is bad. Too greasy , pretty much no taste or anything to enjoy. Not a good place for pizza at all (ironically it's majority Portion of the menu) and it's priced as if it's a proper pizza. Zero value for money. This was my friend time there.. will I go back? Highly doubt it.

I ordered a Mexicana tonight and I got half of my pizza with just tomato sauce and no salami or other toppings, very disappointing and so overpriced. I won't be coming here again!!!

Came in on a quiet Sunday night. The restaurant was pretty much empty but we were greeted and seated promptly. The waiter lovely and attentive. Service overall was good. I had the Parma with chips and salad and a glass of wine. The parma was unfortunately overcooked and bland and had no ham. The wine tasted like it had been open for a while. The salad and chips were fresh and tasty. Nothing was seasoned; there is salt on the table. My partner had a Super Special pizza, it was great over all traditional pizza. Maybe would come back for the pizza.

Ordered the Caramelised Onion and Mushroom Pasta, onions were no where near caramelised. Quite raw and crunchy which didn't compliment the dish. Parma was average. The pizza base tasted almost frozen like and topping was gloopy. Again not a great combo. Definitely not as good as it used to be

Service was Bad. I got pizza and large chips from there wouldn't buy there again.

Tortellini taste off and was a very stingy serving for a main , there was hardly any sauce and it looksd like it had been fried on a bbq with all the chunks of burnt bits

DON’T EAT THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING. Their standard in food has drastically dropped. The only thing that was good about that restaurant was the table service. The waitress was very friendly but that’s where it stopped. We ordered a small mushroom pizza and a medium ‘the lot’. The mushroom pizza was doughy. The pizza with the ‘lot’ did not correlate with what was on the menu. It had pineapples and I’m allergic to pineapples. Also, we asked for anchovies instead of shrimps and we used the word ‘instead’. The pizza had 1 anchovy. My partner started eating the first slice and realised it had pineapples. Luckily, I didn’t eat it. We complained. They made us another pizza and packed the 1st pizza as takeaway. Not that I could eat that pizza anyway. They made another pizza and said they put extra anchovies on it. I gave the mushroom pizza back to them to keep it warm until my partner’s new pizza was ready. When they finally brought both pizzas out, the mushroom pizza was barely warm and pizza with ‘the lot’ was soggy and tasteless but no pineapples this time. They offered us another beer which my partner said yes to. I had a house wine. Be careful when you order house wine there because they charge you for other wines on the menu which is more expensive. Make sure you check your bill thoroughly. I had to ask for an itemised bill. Saw they charged us for the extra beer and for a more expensive wine which I didn’t order and to top it off, they charged us $3 extra for anchovies. Their excuse was that they don’t swap ingredients in a pizza for another ingredient which we weren’t told about by the waitress. Yet, they could have killed me by adding pineapples on the pizza. Guess, that was ok for them. I wasn’t impressed at all. Had to argue my point for the stuff up they made and how long we had to wait to eat. Then only they took the $3 off the bill for the anchovies, charged the correct price for house wine and I had to insist to take one beer off the bill to compensate. Omg, they were argumentative but they eventually re did the bill. Even then, the food and the wait wasn’t worth it. $19.90 for a medium pizza ‘the lot’ that had to be redone and was soggy anyway. We didn’t take away the pizza with the pineapples in it, told them to throw it in the bin. I couldn’t eat that anyway but after the standard of the second pizza that my partner had, he didn’t want that either. Absolutely disgusting pizzas, tasteless and soggy and it’s an ‘Italian’ restaurant. It’s a disgrace!!!!!

No classic or authentic italian food here .  Serve pizza covered in melting cheese.  They don't know how to serve drinks whilst not Italian a a cognac was asked for (on the rocks is how it came) um I don't think so.  Best to leave italian cooking to the italians and offer your own cooking tradition which I am sure you would do well.If you are after good food better to stay at home

Would definitely return for their 🥩 steaks and their mushroom sauce! The only thing that I was disappointed in was the salad that came in my steak meal. Looked cheap and tasted cheap compared to its meal price. Was not photo worthy for my gram lol. Should really up the salad game Fieste! :)

Food is always delicious but service is always poor. Beware of the extremely high minimum card charge ($25). I have been caught out with this before and had to order more food which I didn't budget for. When there is a function on please steer clear, the walls are paper thin and you'll feel like you're partying with them. Better off ordering takeaway from this place so you can actually enjoy the food.

The food is good here especially the pizzas. They are huge and not too expensive either. I think location is a disadvantage for this restaurant. Otherwise the overall score would be great.

7 of us all had different meals. Couldn't say a bad thing about it. Service was perfect and the meals even better. Will have to make this a tradition. Thanks very much guys

Not as bad as the negative reviews. Have been coming here, and the tullamarine location, for YEARS. Pizza is great, have never complained about it. Staff and service has improved. But it is still a hit or miss in that area really... oh well, you get that where ever you go.

Your service is disgusting. For the owner not wanting to answer the phone that I called, as we ordered a 4 formaggi extra cheese as I am vegetarian, thanks to your disgusting service I am not eating! I received a chilli meat pizza, Mexican maybe. The pizza was done twice and got this!<br/><br/>Since you don't deliver, could not offer a solution could you either thanks for making my night, we will not be buying from you again! Pathetic!

We recently celebrated 21st birthday of our twins in the function room. Our guests are still talking about how great it was!<br/><br/>For $50 a head there was food a-plenty! Started off with Pizza, then pasta, then a main meal (with a choice of two).....beer, wine and soft drinks. We used our own cake for dessert! Magnificent value and food quality was excellent.<br/><br/>Great service with competent, dedicated function staff so we had their total attention (seperate from the restaurant).<br/><br/>Fantastic venue. We were in the seperate building and so it felt like a private function with nothing to do with Fieste. We had 50 guests and it was the perfect sized room. I would not have more than 50 though for comfort reasons. Loved that the function room had its own toilets and also a TV so we simply inserted our USB and photos of the twins were on constant slide show! There was also music in the background which was a bonus.<br/><br/>Plenty of off street parking was great for the guests. Also was fantastic that once all the guests left we could pack up presents etc without us being rushed out the door. Was so nice not having to worry about cleaning up dishes etc.<br/><br/>Tony the manager could not do enough for us in the planning stages. Highly recommended.<br/><br/>Honestly, stress free, fantastic venue. Highly recommended.

Warning never visit this restaurant(if you'd like to call it one) horrible food, horrible service and to top it off the owner (blad man) tries to rip you off and over charge you make sure you calculate your bill he will always add extra!!!!!

Soooo average & disappointing<br/>My husband had $35 ribeye- bland & no flavour, I had chicken with creamy avocado sauce- again very bland- sauce was a weird yellow color. Once food was bought to our table staff never returned - & we were 1 of 3 occupied tables. When my husband went to pay bill a customer had returned with a takeaway spaghetti requesting a refund as "it didn't taste right" how can an Italian restaurant get it so wrong? We won't be back

Got referred this place for the pizza, however I would not recommend this place to anyone. The food was average, however the worst part was the wait, got takeaway on a Sunday night, however it took 1 hour plus for the food to be ready and when I received the pizza it was cold. Maybe if the pizza was warm and it arrived on time I might of rated the pizza a six (6) out of 10, however as it was cold and I had to wait an hour for it, I rated it a two (2) out of 10. Overall would give the place a zero, but they get a one (1) as default as that is the lowest I can give, this is because even though the food had taken a long time to come out, when I asked how long it would be, the staff just kept running to the kitchen and would not return with a response, only when my partner yelled at the staff and demanded the money back did the food come out which was about 1 hour plus after I ordered, what kind of service is that???? If this was any other restaurant the food would have been free and the chef and staff would have been fired, but I think that is only the service you would get in the central, eastern, south east and south suburbs of Melbourne, I have noticed there is a culture in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, particularly northern outer suburbs of Melbourne in relation to laziness and poor customer service. I highly suggest that you pump car with fuel and drive to the city for some decent pizza, as overall you would save time, even if you lived locally, as the wait is so long and the service would be much better at a cheaper price.

If I could give this restaurant negative rating I could have done that.They have no sense of customer service and when you give them feedback they will start yelling at you.This is what happened to me and my husband when we ordered our food,they served in 3 mins and the food was absolutely dry and cold.And when complained about that the waiter which is one of the owner of the restaurant showed us the door.

Pathetic customer service and arrogant chef who showed us the door when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the food. Disgusting behaviour of the staff and food is proving this place is not worth it anymore

This place used to be busy but with all the new competition it is mostly empty. Great location. A pity cause if the food was better the competition wouldn't matter. I have been to a function in the function room and had to stand outside due to how crowded it was. No elbow room to eat or hardly move your chair out.

Ordered a large capricciosa pizza takeaway. Worst I have ever seen. Cheese ham lots of mushrooms if that's what they were. Looked like confetti. Few olives. That's it. Dry like you wouldn't believe. Created a thirst like no other. Dont bother with this place. Cheap crap.

Service was great. Food what you would expect from an established Italian restaurant. Kids meals need to include drinks and ice cream like other local restaurants. Family of 4 $97. One beer two soft drinks. <br/>

If you're driving past and hungry...keep on driving. If you have just arrived at the the airport or leaving the airport after dropping someone off and fancy something Italian, then keep driving. I went to Fieste Family Restaurant for a quick snack before heading out for the evening and I only wish I had read the reviews on Tripadvisor before I ate there. <br/><br/>On arrival we (there was two of us) were not greeted by our very tired looking blonde waitress we were just asked how many. It's not hat I expect red carpet to be rolled out (I really don't) just a simple "Good afternoon" will suffice. We were taken to our seats with no "I'll be back in a moment" either and handed our menus. Our tired blonde waitress returned a little while later and reluctantly took our order. <br/><br/>The food that we ordered was pleasant enough though $16.90 for a mahgerita pizza is very excessive. The chef must be laughing as his food costs would be really low at that high price.<br/><br/>When we finished our pizzas we thought a dessert was on the cards. I tried to get the attention of the exhausted blonde waitress who must have been dreaming about being somewhere than at Fieste. After some time and our plates remaining untouched and empty, I got up and helped myself to a menu. For dessert I decided on the tiramisu and my partner the freckle head. When the waitress finally came over to us I ordered for the both of us "Can we please have a frecklehead and a tirmisu" the waitresses response "we don't have any". I replied " of what" and she said "the frecklehead". No sorry, no, would you like something else. We left after that and my partner complained to the guy behind the till about the tired blonde waitress. He said it is because they are all working six days a week.<br/><br/>Anyway a place to stay well clear of for now or until the manager, Roberto, gets some staff that want the work.

Service and food has deteriorated.... I always bragged about this place and made so many of my family and friends go there when it opened. It became my favourite local restaurant but as time went by I noticed the quality go right out the window. They used to make the best seafood pizza with beautiful prawns and now they use tiny bits of shrimp. I was a regular customer with take away pizzas and completely stopped as the manager not once but twice claimed that someone had called up after I ordered claiming to be me and adding more pizzas to the order! The first time it happened I thought maybe someone at home called up and I paid for the extra pizza only to find out when I got home that no such thing had happened. The second time same thing happened but I was home alone with my partner and we both went together to pick up our order so the owner couldn't get away with palming off a pizza they probably made by mistake. I am extremely disappointed in this joint as it was close and was actually good when it started up, but thank god the new cragieburn central is now open with plenty of places to dine with the whole family!
