We have been long time customers of Shanling. Their food is always outstanding, fresh and delicious. Dennis gives wonderful customer service at all times and is just a lovely person, as are all of the staff. My favourite dishes are the honey chicken, satay and rainbow beef. They are easily the best Chinese place in Cranbourne!
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, the food is sensational, the staff are wonderful and so friendly ! They made you feel so welcome, for somebody that has spent a great amount of time in customer service they absolutely nailed it.
I couldn't recommend this Restaurant enough, whether you want your meal delivered or to dine in, the service is great.
We ordered Take Away of Singapore Noodles and King Prawns in Chilli Garlic Sauce and it was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely eat here again. The young man at the counter was courteous and pleasant. Loved the free prawn chips!!!!They have a Lunch Box for $8.50 will definitely try this.
First time dining here and we're very much pleased. I love how they serve prawn crackers initially. I enjoyed the sizzling imperial steak the most. T'was a lovely dinner. Thank you.

Very generous, as we were given delicious prawn crackers and a can of coke complimentary.
The only thing for me was the Mongolian beef was a little bit too sweet but otherwise really lovely hot fresh food and quick delivery being a Friday night!
I love there food. I have been here a few times. Restaurant inside is clean. our waiter was very polite and friendly. I have also had takeaway from there and also very nice. I tell my friends about it too.
Typical suburban Chinese restaurant, food is quite nice and solid enough for what you pay. Their Chilli beef and satay chicken are winners and they do nice takeaway dinner boxes. Shanling is what it is, somewhat from a bygone era but for me that is not necessarily s bad thing.
Me and my partner love this place, the food is amazing and the service is second to none. I always look forward to eating here as the team make us feel very welcome and the food never misses a beat. Couldn't recommend Shanling enough. Well done to the owners and team, you've created an fantastic restaurant.
This little family run business is absolutely amazing! The chef is the owner of the restaurant, and together with his family and staff ensures a quality dining experience. Top notch, friendly customer service, delicious authentic fresh food, and a clean and very hospitable restaurant. We will be back again for certain, and we will tell our family and friends about our wonderful experience. A real gem in the heart of Cranbourne!
The food here is absolutely amazing. Some of the nicest people you will meet and their customer service is second to none. They go out of their way to make sure your experience is fantastic. Their prices are very affordable (and we're feeding 6 people) for some of the best food in the area
Lovely polite service and staff! The food is outta this world 😍 you have to try the Honey Pepper chicken balls. To die for! And Chicken and corn soup! I HIGHLY recommend them. We have been eating here for year's now, and have never had a bad meal. Not just the best Chinese in Cranbourne, but for me, i boldly state, for the south East of Melbourne. Yummy 😋 😋
Best meal EVER!!!!!! Definitely had wow factors, not too expensive, food tasted amazing, stayed super hot on plates, Entree came out first 🤣as they should, nobody mucked up the order, all staff super lovely. Best experience, it’s a YES from me! Definitely going back.
Went there for my husbands Birthday had the banquet A and it was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Was our first time going there the family and I will definitely going back.

Don't be put off by the look of the venue, the food here was great. A mixed entree, seafood combination & sizzling mongolian steak were our selections & they did not disappoint. All tables were full by 7.30pm & there was a revolving door for takeaway orders. Staff were friendly too. Thanks
Takeaway food is great, can only imagine how good it would be dine in fresh. Top quality. Our new regular go-to for Chinese, the fried rice is amazing.
