Food was amazing, service was great. And the took our large booking at reasonably short notice. Managed our 40 guests orders without any dramas

I often order from this place through Door Dash but tonight was the last night. The picture below shows what I received as a salad, on top of that it was warm and slimey. After ringing and them saying they would deliver a fresh one, I received nothing an hour and a half later. When I rang to query, I was told to get a refund through Door Dash, which prompted me to drive to the restaurant to talk to the manager who conveniently dissapeared. Left a young lady to sort it out. Pathetic Management and service. And yes I got my refund in cash. Remember Uber and Door Dash are delivery partners, you still made the food. Last time I order from here you clowns!!!

An amazing experience At first was a bit worried as the front said our booking wasn’t confirmed but my dad proved we did book there. They more than made up for it! Their attitudes were fantastic super friendly and apologised for the misunderstanding, they even gave a free bottle of wine as an apology. The service was great and the food was phenomenal. We’ll definitely be going back again! I recommend for anyone who wants delicious food and top notch service. Thank you to all the Bostini staff for making such a wonderful experience for my family.

We recently ordered take away from here and it was great! The size of the parma was enough for two meals and it was tasty!! Also had caesar salad on another visit and that was delicious too. All staff I dealt with were friendly and polite. Next visit might need to be a dine in

I ordered a meal online to be delivered. When it did not arrive at the time stated. They followed up and stayed in contact and organised a later delivery. Food was yummy and then Bostini also added some extra desserts for the mix up. Really nice surprise, great customer service.

Was good but now it has gone down in quality and care. We had a good run for a couple of times, but now the last two times they have messed up my order and this time the main calamari were hard and dry, chips were stale and the care factor was non existent for when I asked if my order is ready they said soon but no one had checked, I waited for over 40 minutes. Sorry I won't be coming back I have given them 3 chances to get it right. 😤

Always used to order from here before & was good. Since new management took over, its terrible. Took me 20mins on the phone to order a 2 x pizza deal & 2 x pasta deal! The staff cant even pronounce the dishes on the menu! Gave my order to a girl & was put on hold to have to give my order yet again to another guy who kept me hold! The quantity for the pasta dishes was 1/2 takeaway container! The mushroom fettucine tasted of raw cream! Was dreadful! The Gnocchi Pollo Funghi did not have a single piece of chicken! Dreadful!! Looks like the kids employed there are underage as well!

Decent food, only lost a point because everyone at our table had food but my husband had to wait even though his order was the same as 2 others, once we had finished mains the kids were eager to order dessert but there didn't seem to be a waiter around to take our order for quite a while
