Beyond the food being amazing everytime we have ordered from here, the customer service we recieve is great! Last night I had last minute cravings for charcoal chicken and when we got there the lady must have been closing up but saw myself and my husband and very happily took our order and made our food even though she obviously has a family of her own to get home to. Finally! A coeliac safe, gluten free, HSP! Staff are always super friendly, informative, food is always great. My go to for hot chips and chicken nuggets.

The best restaurant in Cranbourne! I have been going here for years the Food is delicious always piping hot and fresh! the owners are lovely and when mistakes occur ( very rare ) they are quick to fix the problem no issue. thank you all so much for your hard work and customer service.
We are regulars at Cranbourne Charcoal chicken and chips, and we are never disappointed. Today we tried the new menu item HSP and we loved it. This meal is gluten free and as a Coeliac we are so grateful.
Our other favorite food here is the egg salad, scalloped potatoes, coleslaw and Greek salad. Plus the chips are gluten free!
