Review Pizza Hut Cranbourne - Cranbourne

Not recommend Really get sick and tired from this pizza store. It’s been 6-7 time really bad experience every time I ordered pizza hardly find any veg on pizza . They are taking money for vegetable but just giving cheez and worst base everytime. Not recommended. Don’t have any options for giving negative star. Giving advice to locals please avoid this pizza hut. Will end up wasting money.

I ordered 2 pizza with 1 side dish and 1 drink but received pizza and drink only . When I called them , answer me back says that the driver take 2 to 3 orders together and he must be miss place . For customer service you should be responsible when one driver taking more than 3 orders. Like packed in one bag or box separately. Recklessly, irresponsible and not professional

Sadly disappointed with the quality of Pizza Hut. Not sure if they have changed the dough ingredients but the flavour and toppongs, have gone down hill. I did have a much better experience at Pizza Hut Reservoir. Very unfortunate, I don't think I'll be a returning customer.

Ordered 2 pizza and buffalo wings total $60 on uber eat😳. Over Prices, and too small portions. Not much meat on it.👎👎👎No more order from this shop.

I don’t know how to word this, pictures it self is enough. Where are the veggies bro ????? Worst pizza i eat ever in my entire life. Narre Warren pizza hut is 100 times better than this store. Charging full money and selling just pizza base without toppings. Awesome service.

This joint used to be one of the best pizza shops in Cranbourne however, off late things have gone down hill paucity of toppings on pizzas coupled with undercooked /overcooked pizzas has been really annoying to say the least. If you like well made pizzas buy a Lotto ticket you might win but a decent pizza from this outlet is a far fetched thing. I hope this improves also if too many promos from HO prompts less toppings then HO should also have a look but having said that Narre Warren outlet is still cracking out great pizzas, I am sure Cranbourne Store can also replicate.

One of the worst pizza purchasing experiences of my life. Placed my order through the Pizza Hut website, it said it would take an hour. The tracking feature wasn't working and it had now been 90 minutes. I called the number which took ages to be answered and then it was a call centre. After 16 mins on the phone they were unable to contact the store...but apparently someone was going to call me. I get off the phone and my dog is sniffing around the door. I go to look and the pizza is there and only 2 of the 3 drinks I purchased. No doorbell, no call (as it said there would be) and a tracking system that didn't work. I can't even contact the store about my missing drink and don't really want to sit on the phone waiting to talk to an overseas call centre. Will NEVER go back and will tell everyone to avoid it. Pizzas were poor as well.

Delivery guy was rude and could tell he wasn't pleased coming around. Not the best pizzas from this store either. Have had it with crap customer service in this suburb.

Awesome take away choice which is very close by to me. When you have people over pizza hut will never dissapoint anyone. Had my typical hawian pizza because I love having pineapple on my pizza. The other pizza was bbq prawns for the other guests. Quick service and Great tasting pizza. Will be back.

Ordered pizza tonight! Firstly for one pizza i waited half an hour, but secondly the most important thing that I was disgusted about was a male that was making my pizza was NOT wearing gloves when putting toppings on. Not happy and pizza has gone right in the bin!

Mexicana Pizza?. Their Mexican Pizza lists 'steak concarne' as an ingredient. Con Carne means 'with meat' in Spanish. I figured that they did a typo. When the pizza came without meat, I inquired to the manager and was told that 'concarne' means sauce. No lo creo, pendejo! That pizza was so disgusting that we had to throw it away. The manager did not offer a refund, nor an alternative. False advertising and disgusting food.

Not bad. Tried the new sticky finger deal- 2 large pizzas, the sticky finger trio, garlic bread with a 1.25L bottle of soft drink for AU$34.95. Not a bad deal for 4 considering speed, quantity and taste. Don't bother with the cheesecake who -there's no cheese, and it's certainly not a cake.
