Review Mcdonalds Cranbourne North - Cranbourne

I ordered a Double Big Mac meal through drive through and instead they gave me a normal Big Mac . I didn’t have time to go back and complain so I decided to go back a few days later and tell them about it . They didn’t provide any vouchers or anything for my trouble and didn’t even upgrade my Big Mac meal to a double Big Mac meal which was the least they could of done . Manager was horrible , refused to give me her name and made all the other customers wait in the long car queue because she refused to upgrade my order. Shame on this franchise for being so rude to its customers . Never going back there again .

Just went through the drive thru and got handed cold, unsalted chips. Burger was luke warm and the drink wasn't full. I would have thought the food would be okay for a 4 minute car ride. Absolutely not worth the trip. This is the second time this had happened.

Ordered a triple cheese burger with no onion and the little c#@+s put onion on every layer which melted into the cheese so I couldn't even scrape it off, had to throw the whole burger out. Obviously done on purpose because the onion usually only goes on top. Do Not go here if you have food allergies because they will put you in hospital

Barely any chocolate sauce in my sundae, only a tiny drizzle on the side, and they also gave me a medium instead of large frozen coke which was only just over half full.

Maccas is trash 🗑 build to kill people and lower life expectancy and span. Their main goal is not serve great burgers 🍔 but to own realestate and property. U want yo die quick; eat McDonalds 👌🏾 💯 Solution found 🤷🏾

Nice and friendly staffs, can see they pay full attention on customers, want to let them know that they are best team in this area.

Went through drive through and ordered a large meal and a medium meal. Both drinks were at least 30% from the top. The sweet and sour sauce that was ordered and paid for was not supplied. Also ordered 2 flavours of frozen fanta and only got the 1 flavour. Quality was good, but their diligence to getting the order right was substandard.

The best Maccas around always fresh never had a bad meal here 👍
