Waited 30 minutes only to receive cold fries. Asked them to replace them and got old fries instead. Absolutely hopeless management putting a new staff member on the front counter with 20 people waiting for their food.

Everytime we have ordered there is always something missing. Ordered 3 hash browns, a happy meal and a deluxe chicken meal. Missing the hash browns and no straw for the drink. It's getting to be a joke now. We don't get Macca's often and when we do and things are missing it's pretty annoying.

You think Mcdonalds is just Mcdonalds but I find this Mcdonalds is never fresh. I have been a few times as its the closest to me but the fries are always cold and soggy. They are also more expensive than others.

I have never been to this McDonald's with out some kind of issue. Items missing, EFTPOS not working in drive-thru, extremely long wait times. Last night I ordered Menulog and received these completely inedible nuggets. I won't be going back there again this is the last straw!
