I visited Cranbourne McDonalds yesterday 31/10. I ordered a chicken burger. I opened the lid and this is what I saw. It was not a chicken burger and it also had the biggest bite taken out of it. The manager assumed it was my bite and just wanted to replace the burger. This is what it looked like when I opened the lid. I wanted an explanation not a replacement. I certainly didn't feel like eating after this. I took no refund or replacement. I was outside with my family for at least next 30 min. The manager did not bother to offer me any explanation and I never saw him after this. A very disappointing experience and poor management. A reminder that I will never go back to McDonalds again.

Had to walk out without my order, slowest and worst customer service I have ever experienced at any McDonald’s. Staff could not even figure out how to process a refund so didn’t get a refund either. One staff member went and made one coffee for another order then proceeded to stand around and do nothing?? Why not Keep making coffees when you can see orders are waiting. HR and Training officers for this restaurant should be sacked!! Will not ever return to this one, would prefer to make my own coffee at Coles Express for a lot less money and just as good quality coffee than ever return here.

Nothing more annoying is going through drive thru and getting home with your order missing items. There was two girls at the one window where you pick up your order one could at least be checking the orders. Chips weren't salted and lettuce was brownish in one of the burgers. But that's McDonald's reputation so I shouldn't really be surprised.

Ordered coffee frappe on friday noon and got half whipped cream and half frappe like how can someone give that to a customer.

Coffee was extremely hot, not great when you want to take a zip while eating a sandwich. Sugar was not mixed, sitting in the bottom... wrecks the coffee at the end and leaves that sugary taste for a while... not ideal.

The Food was good and the Coffees were good, however the attitude and lack of care was un needed. Ordered 5 different coffees, didn't tell us which was which, we asked for a cheese toastie that was sitting in the window and they said no we can't toast it.. It was the attitude from the cafe girls and girls on register which was showing they frankly didn't care.

You take my order, watch me drive past the closed pay window after 8 minutes and wait till I'm at the delivery window to tell me you're under staffed and need to get back in line to pay? Train your staff in communication..... Short staff I get, back lack of communication is controllable.....

Best customer service ever! The lady that served me kheely was very nice. But unfortunately they didnt have any blueberry muffins or ice crream which was very annoying but its okay i got banana bread instead! But they didnt toast it.
