Review Hungry Jack's - Cranbourne

Not sure wether I ordered sauce or a veggie whopper 😂 it was inedible.. there was hardly anything other than just sauce.. the only Hungry Jacks which gives 1 patty in a veggie whopper.. The store is filthy and unhygienic Also the night drive thru staff is the most disrespectful and ill-mannered staff I’ve ever come across in any hungry Jacks so far.. They hardly understand English and what customer service is. They’ll will speak to you like they own the store and act like it’s your (the customers fault) when you go back and show them you’ve got the wrong order. (Got my order wrong 3 out of last 5 times) I can literally relate to 8 out of 10 reviews posted below.. Pathetic!!! Never again 👎 The owner/manager should really check the google reviews and get their staff accordingly..

That Hungry jacks always messed up with my order. I have ordered vegan cheese whooper it supposed to be with two veggie patties and two Cheese slice. I have it with one patties and one one cheese and charge me full whole whooper. And that patty looks like months old. I have to throw.

Finally I found a hidden jem in crimebourne and this place was not it. At first I was impressed that we could fit out sprinter through the drive through. Once we received our meals we parked up to enjoy our meals with a panoramic view of Sth Gippsland highway. The burgers were extra saucy, and the chips were dry and salty. No longer than 20 minutes had passed before we both regretted our decision. Iv decided not to eat hungry jacks for 12 months, thanks.

This store just keeps getting worse and worse... ordered an ice cream and they gave it to me in the lid.. no cup or cone, the lid.... but I let it slide. Tonight we ordered our dinner.. a long wait and customers infront of us complaining and getting wrong orders... then we got ours.. it was wrong, missing food items. We went back in to get the obvious missing food items and then upon opening our burgers noticed that they were completely wrong also. I ordered a Whopper with an extra patty and cheese... instead I got a horrible new pork burger. My partner ordered the new pork burger, he got it but it doesn't look or taste like pork that's for sure. Especially not pork belly like advertised. The staff are all flustered and have no idea what's going on and arguing with each other. Drive through and dine in customers keep coming back through the doors with food complaints. Won't be going back to this store again. So disappointed Especially after waiting all day for a whopper!

Waited a long time for our food after we chose to go into the store rather than the drive through, foolishly thinking it might be faster. Almost half an hour wait in a "Fast Food" restaurant. When the food was finally ready is was almost cold. Big thumbs down. You cannot expect teenagers who work for virtually nothing per hour to care about a job like this. So I'm not that concerned in the grand scheme of things. I blame Hungry Jack's themselves. I get this in many of the stores I go to. It even happened when I was in Adelaide once. Just not the same level of respect for themselves as another famous burger chain...

I ordered the Roadhouse Jack's fried chicken burger and got the normal one without the bacon. I was hungry in the end, so I ate it but was disappointed. I waited a long time in the drive through and confirmed the order three times before receiving it. Also it wasn't hot, just warm. I appreciate that it was busy but still...

Rude staff , confused staff , not welcoming no hi no helo , they messed up i was in drive through placed order . When i approached window there was girl she very confused they don’t communicate with each other one girl gave me drink and other girl said wait for your coke i said i got it she was quite and looking at us when i asked is at all can i go then other child came and said drive through she was talking to next customer they need strong training bad communication. 28.nov.2021 around 21:15 to 21:30 . They gave me slurpee straw , no salt on fries , no serviets , i told put peri peri sauce they put bbq and peri peri both . Never gonna come again .

Worst customer service my bacon deluxe Burger was missing cheese another beef paddy and had the wrong bun. I had to explain why it was made wrong. I get it back cheese not even melted, chips cold taste like rubber. This hungry jacks would be the worst food I’ve ever had. If you wanna get sick get a day off work we’ll come right up this is the place for you. I’ll never go here again place obviously needs new management and new staff
